Miklos and one of his partners came over and interviewed me about what kind of system I was looking to buy. A couple of days later, he came over with his proposal, including an equipment list. I accepted it. A couple of weeks later, my base system was in place. I ordered a couple of Triangle Bluetooth desktop speakers for my office. Getting them took a little longer. Then I decided to add a Triangle subwoofer, which took even longer to deliver because the manufacturer was out of stock. With all these delays, Miklos and staff stayed the course. He did not try to sell me items I did not want because he was having supply chain issues. I do not know why merchants tell customers that Bluetooth is easy to set up at home, which is not necessarily true. My problem was that my office was not in clear view of my base system, making it difficult to get my office speakers to work. Milkos found a solution. After speaking with a few companies we decided to go with LivSmart. Chris and Rodrigo are amazing. They are both pretty responsive and Chris was extremely helpful when it came to getting answers. Trizhya was easy to work with and returned phone calls in a mostly timely manner. I will say that the office staff needs some work as they weren't very helpful - it's hard to be helpful when phone calls aren't returned or even answered for that matter. Scheduling was a bit of an issue as on more than one occasion, a solar tech was sent to our house when no one was home and while our electric panel was locked (Sorry but I'm not going to leave my panel unlocked, especially when no one is home but my dogs). Also, the solar tech left a tool on our roof after installation which I'm not really sure how as most contractors tend to check to make sure all their tools are intact. Overall, our system seems to be working fairly well (I had to get Rodrigo to help explain how to use/read the Enlighten app). Hopefully if any problems arise in the future, there will be better communication with the office staff and no scheduling issues.
