He is a fantastic communicator and takes great pride in doing immaculate work. Even the pickiest inspectors could not find flaws in what he built. My father is a retired general contractor and said if he were having work done, Eddie would be the one he would call. He helped me stick to my budget to the best of his ability, which was tight for such a large job. I would completely trust him in my home even if I were not there. We had water damage in our kitchen so we took the opportunity to redo the cabinets in our kitchen. Eddie and his team came and repaired the drywall, painted, demo'd the old cabinets, and got the new cabinets installed. It was promised in 3 weeks and was finished ahead of schedule! The new cabinets look great, high quality. We asked for a few things to be done at the end: touch up caulking, extra shelves, adjust drawer heights and they were super responsive. *** 2025 review #14 *** I've never felt this disrespected by a salesman that I invited into my own home. I had a bad gut feeling from the get-go... setting up the appointment. Basically you're dealing with multiple layers of people from the guy on Yelp messaging, another guy David who calls to tell me who is coming, and then the sales guy who will show up. All this trouble to go through THREE people to schedule an appt. for a bathroom renovation estimate. 1. No text from David. 2. Alan showed up, quoted a ridiculous $$$$$ and didn't even talk with us about options, or anything. 3. Salesman Alan tried to keep "selling" us on the crazy quote, and even talked down at me, mansplaining. 4. I respectfully ended the meeting and asked him to leave. He kept talking and would not move nor leave our home. I will not tolerate being disrespected in my own home, be forced to listen to your sales pitches AFTER I already told you to end the meeting that's wasted 30 minutes of our time... and you blatantly and rudely refused to listen to our request to leave. I was misled by the 5-star reviews but I would caution before dealing with this company, fo closely review the yelp accounts for those "stellar reviews" and make your own educated judgement. Update: after getting tricked my another really amazing salesman of a plumber (we mistakenly trusted him with the leak repair but then wised up) -- thank God we found an honest, not the cheapest but HONEST company: Elite Home Builders (see my posted review) and we've our bath renovation at $10k less than AHI Kitchen & Bath Remodel. I have absolutely loved my experience with AHI Kitchen and Bath, specifically with David and his team! We moved out kitchen from one room to another, fixed our patio with a roof and wall for a mounted TV, made our pantry into a powder bathroom, updated all of our floors, opened up walls, updates doors, etc. This was all done in 12 weeks!!! David was communicative, responsive, flexible, provided solutions when needed, and was always making the process seamless. So happy with this company. They executed my vision based on a Pinterest pic, were always on time, very professional and worked well with my demanding HOA. I found AHI Kitchen on Yelp and had several companies come in and give a quote. They landed right in the middle of quotes but given they had to deal with an HOA, pay for parking, were willing to pick up the cost when a tile didn't come thru and use a designer that rather than taking a markup, you get the benefit of the trade discount, I feel they were a well priced company. They always cleaned up after the day and were very pleasant. Shout out to Jack who was able to pivot with some miscommunication and got things done and wanted to go above and beyond making sure everything was done to a high standard. They took out the wood cabinets and old tile walls for a more open feel and modern look. I have used a couple other places locally before but I had to switch these guys because they had a much better price and the contractor seemed a lot more knowledgeable.
