This has been my go-to poke place in the area for years! The amount of food you get for the price is very much worth it, especially since you're able to pick 5 toppings. I didn't know this until my last visit but the avocado is free! :o Definitely a bonus. The food is always fresh and very filling. Everytime I eat here, I have to save it for a later meal. (Girl math says that it's basically two meals in one bowl :P) Service is quick and efficient and when combined with a yummy meal, it's a no-brainer. My only note for improvement would be bigger fish portions with each scoop, but the other toppings make up for it anyways.

Tried this place out with my boyfriend and we both enjoyed the bowls we ordered, though he wasn't a big fan of the tuna, but I liked mine. Would like to try the other proteins someday. Definitely a fresh and light meal if you're looking for that.

I was craving some poke and drove from Fort Worth to Arlington on my lunch break to an empty restaurant with a worker sweeping the dining area. She spoke as did I then I proceed to the order counter. I waited there for a couple of minutes while she proceeded to continue to sweep the non-existing trash on the floor. I politely asked her if someone was coming to take my order (because I am obviously on a time crunch) and she replied "I'll get to you after I'm done". PAUSE You're sweeping trash when you have a paying patron in front of you waiting to be served. #makeitmakesense She continued to sweep for couple of minutes (so now it's been over 5 minutes that I've been waiting when I could of been paid, out of the store by now and on my way home) then slowly and surely makes her way to the back places the broom in the kitchen comes out, washes her hands and proceed to take my order. When I finished paying, another worker comes out the back and it blows my mind that there are two employees here and I had to ASK for someone to take my order. "What ever happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE... there is none..."

This was my first time at this little Poke Bowl restaurant!! My gf Lu suggested it and I'm happy that she did! There wasn't a long line so we got to order right away ! We both got a regular poke bowl instead of a salad . All the ingredients were fresh and tasty with several options to dress it up ! There are also sauces to add as a topping. We highly enjoyed our meal and even got a complimentary water because we had forgotten to order a drink somehow lol. The service was great and we'll def be back !

brown tuna

my tuna was brown and slimey and had a weird after taste, uber eats also took an hour to deliver my food not good!

Regular Poke Bowl: white rice, salmon, crab meat, seaweed salad, cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds.

I got a regular poke bowl. it's a small little shop but i love it! the people who work there are very nice !! i will always come back!

My friend recommended this place and I found that their poke is quite good. I ordered the poke with spicy tuna, fried shrimp, tofu, seaweed, edamame, crabmeat, cucumbers, pineapple with their sauce and sesame seeds. The people that work here are friendly. It's a small place but worth it for the quality of the food. Thumbs up!

This is hands down my favorite poke place in DFW. Always fresh poke and great topping selections. I love the chipotle style ordering.

The quality of salmon is very good here and the rice is made fresh, all the sides like the crab meat and cucumbers and seaweed is pretty much hitting the spot. I def like how it's fast and easy to just walk up and they start asking for your order. The atmosphere is Hawaiian in style and gives of good vibes

Do y'all do take out?

Their website says that they are closed right now due to COVID-19. I loved getting takeout from them before this closure, and it was great.

Will you be open July 4th? :)

Sorry we apologize for any inconvenience. We will be close on 4th of July and every Sunday moving forward.

"Do you have any spam musubi?" "....what's that?"…read more If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. This place is literally pineapple added to panda express leftovers. There's nothing Hawaiian about this place. I had so much potential, it could've brought tastes from the islands, but instead it just gave tastes of mediocrity. The thing is, Hawaiian cuisine isn't even hard to make.

Food 2/5 Customer Service:0/5…read more The employees here are super sketchy. My mom and I went to grab a quick bite while shopping. She ordered the pineapple chicken with veggies and I ordered the pineapple chicken with noodles. The woman scooping the food said, "Just pineapple chicken?" and we both said yes. She scribbled something on the boxes and handed them to the cashier. We both asked for cups of ice water. When the cashier rang us up, it was almost $20. I asked her how that's possible if water is free and the one item with side plate is around $6. The cashier didn't know what to say, but the woman who had scooped the food said, "Double meat. More expensive." Confused, I told her we hadn't ordered double meat. Neither of us. She said, "I asked, you said double meat." I was confounded because the only words she had uttered to us after "Sample!" were "Just pineapple chicken?" I told her she hadn't, in fact, asked us. She rolled her eyes and took our meals back over to the chicken and dumped 3/4 of it back into the warmer. We ended up with only about 5 or 6 little nuggets of chicken after she dumped most of it. I was astounded that they tried to swindle us! The cashier rang us up again and this time the total seemed closer to correct, but I'm not good at math in my head so I didn't double check. We got our food to the table and I glanced at the receipt. They had charged both of us for the waters! And even though we asked for ice water, they were room temperature. The food was very much meh. The sample bite really reels you in and makes you want more. But it was the best bite of the meal. I can't say for sure what was wrong with the noodles but they had an off taste. And the food was barely warm. They need to turn their warmers up. I certainly don't recommend going here.

Alright now, this place is a gem!…read more I work with someone who raves about this place, and I finally decided to try it. Walking in, the young lady at the register was so sweet and pleasant. I had an online order and arrived a bit early, she politely let me know there would be a little wait, and I did not mind. I would, much rather wait, than walk in twenty minutes early to see my food just sitting there. It is a small space, but one that comes with warmth. What I chose: Mixed Plate Teriyaki Beef - The first bite, YES! The meat was seasoned so well, I was afraid the teriyaki sauce would overtake the flavor; it didn't. Both, the sauce and the seasoning complemented each other very well. The beef was thinly sliced and free of fat. I can't stand enjoying a bite, and out of nowhere, boom, a piece of fat. I'm not a beef person, but I'm so happy I tried something different. Hamburger Steak: I couldn't wait to try this, it's delicious! The patty is plenty and well seasoned; it isn't heavily seasoned, but well seasoned. It was juicy and not dried out, which sometimes happens. The gravy was perfect, and went perfectly with the meat patty. Next time, I will ask for more gravy and onions. I love grilled onions with meat patties. With my order, I asked for steamed veggies, but received rice instead. I don't eat rice often, but this is the one time I was happy with the mishap. I had a small bit with the gravy and patty, delicious!! Sides: Mac Salad and Rice - I didn't order rice; instead, it should have been steamed veggies. As I said above, the rice ended up being a great mishap; it was perfect with my meat patty and gravy. The mac salad, sadly, I didn't like. It wasn't horrible, it just didn't hit the right taste buds. Chocolate Mac Nut Cheesecake: I only tasted a spoonful of this, but it was good. I wouldn't get it again, for me, it was too sweet. They do have another cheesecake, which looks like a plain cheesecake, with a sauce on top. That, I will try. Spam Musubi: There seems to be more rice than what I am used to, so I cut it in half, and it made for the perfect bite. This was more than enough food; I have plenty to take to work for lunch and will have more to enjoy for dinner. I am so happy I visited. I will definitely visit periodically for a hamburger steak, and I am anxious to try their panko shrimp. Add them to your list, it is a must!!

They get a lot of online orders so they were busy with that, but I didn't mind because I was checking out the menu. I got the bento box and it was delicious. A large bed of rice with everything else sat upon it, I was pleasantly full afterwards. I grabbed a guava cake to take home and it barely made it home because the cake was DELICIOUS. I love guava and their confection was perfection. I seriously still think about it and can't wait to come back and try it again. I also got the wings, which were crispy and super favor full. I also got to try the butter and pumpk

Instead of simply directing customers to the self-service kiosks, Cyncere invited me to place my order with her personally, making the experience feel much more welcoming and engaging. She also took the time to introduce me to the rewards program and explained its benefits in a friendly, professional manner. She even suggested adding an almond cookie to my order without ever making me feel pressured. Rather than simply calling out my order number when it was ready, Cyncere personally brought my food directly to my table. It was a small gesture, but one that made a real difference in the overall experience. From my perspective, Cyncere is intentionally focused on customer engagement rather than simply processing transactions. She looks for opportunities to make every interaction a positive one, and that kind of initiative is something customers notice and appreciate. I also wanted to recognize what I believe is genuine management potential. Throughout my visit, Cyncere consistently demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a natural instinct for hospitality. Those qualities are difficult to teach and are invaluable in a leader. I would encourage upper management (and even other customers) to simply observe her interactions during future visits and see if they come away with the same impression I did. Based on what I experienced, I believe she has the customer focus, leadership instincts, and commitment to service that could make her an excellent candidate for increased responsibility in the future. Thank you, Cyncere, for making what could have been an ordinary meal into an exceptionally positive experience.

The most recent order took 25 minutes from ordering two classic plates at the kiosk to the time we were handed the food. You might say "just go through the drive thru" but it isn't any quicker. And there is no escape from the drive thru lane. Once you're there it holds you hostage. Maybe it's "made fresh" but for the time you have to wait, there are a lot better Hawaiian options in the area.

I ordered the charred teriyaki--he used two torches at once, for extended periods, paused, and then used a spoon to mix the salmon in between torches. He took way too long. The salmon was not charred--it was burnt. He's supposed to use one torch and the other hand to flip and stir the salmon as it is being torched!! Other issues: They gave too teriyaki sauce and it absorbed the rice. The salad was not dressed. We asked for salad dressing, and the girl was like, which dressing would you like? The salad comes with the standard dressing unless asked otherwise. The second teen didn't know what he was doing, and kept asking the guy what he needed to do, or how to prep the order he was working. He was waiting for the teen to hand him the torches as the pickup just arrived for their order. The girl, who was restocking greens, could have easily picked up the char station as they were getting busy. They did NOT proportionate foods. We had to ask for more lettuce because of the proportion they tried serving initially. The lemonades were empty and there was less than 1/3 of green tea remaining. The ice machine was completely out! Management/leaders need to do better by scheduling people to match their skill sets. Today's visit was a waste of time and money! For those who want to say they're just kids--that's not the focal point!
