It comes with a base of seasoned rice, lettuce and tomatoes, protein of choice and their famous white and hot sauce. In the carts they slather the sauces on, but now you can get packs of sauce to dress your own. Be very careful with the hot sauce as it packs some delicious, but very spicy heat. You can also add additional toppings like peppers, onions, jalapenos and olives. The platters can look deceiving and may not look big, but you can easily have two meals off a regular platter. I typically go chicken for my protein, but you can't sleep on the beef gyro or lamb. Mix everything together and you have a perfect bite of deliciousness. I've had a few of their brick and mortar locations, but nothing compares to getting it from the food cart on the streets of NYC.
