I wasn't given a plate or napkin for my bagel and it was a little hard to get someone's attention to ask where to find napkins (up by the register). It would've been great if they'd asked whether we wanted our items for here or to go. The restroom was out of toilet tissue, and when I tried to tell a staff member, they were wearing headphones so they couldn't hear me. I had to go find another to let them know. Some of the seating was quite messy and wasn't cleaned up in the amount of time we were there.
