Toast is missing the personal touch of people asking for your order when you are getting table service and not ordering at the counter. The one lady serving us was generous to personally take the order for my one friend who didn't want to put his credit card online. Otherwise, your order is carted over by "teenagers" (the lady's exact quote) from the smokehouse across the street. When you place your order, it comes out as it's prepared. Your table may not all come out at once, especially if it's 7 people like ours. Drink and deal with it, I suppose. But the wait from first dish to last wasn't terribly long.
