I can't see in the dark & yet they schedule me for a 6am appt. My 1st appointment I was there 2…read morehours & the Dr didn't spend more than 10 min with me. He never mentioned my dry eye issue which I've had 30+ years. I had to bring it up after my 1st cataract Sx. He looked & said oh yes, you have dry eye. So far no change in vision & 2nd Sx in the a.m. Not sure this was the right place to go to. This place seems like a factory, bring them in, get them out. Actually, the person that called me today said we need to get you in & out ASAP. No regard to my vision for driving. I must admit that the staff for the most part is pleasant (a few exceptions). Also, how many places make you pay in advance?

She is caring and attentive in so many ways…read more One of the many things I love about her is that she is so knowledgeable about vitamins, and will prescribe them rather than going to medicine unless absolutely necessary. A long time ago a different doctor prescribed m antibiotics. I asked if it was necessary... he said "Not at all, but if I don't prescribe medicine my patients don't think I am doing my job." Give her a try... you'll be glad you did.

I couldn't get the office to answer…read moreso I just looked on Facebook and he had his personal phone number posted it so I started texting him. He made it seem like he would see me and responsive and actually very helpful in the beginning. But once they received my records, they said they didn't, so I had them sent again and then his staff informed me that he's not comfortable seeing me while he treats patients that are in worse shape than me. And I have ALOT. I would say that's no bedside manner and no empathy and he shouldn't be in practice. Now they did say he's not taking new patients at this time, but he will definitely not see me. The office stated this. He's 'uncomfortable'. This is why people like me die. I won't, but still. I'll find someone and maybe I should thank God it wasn't you.
