I dropped my car off at 9am and it took 6 hours, but I honestly don't know why because half of the work wasn't done. The exterior wax job was great, I'll give him that credit, but the inside looked like it hadn't been touched except for the fact that it was vacuumed. I noticed a spot on my seat which I did go back for and he did scrub it off, but that tells me he didn't go through the whole car which is what I paid for. For $180 I expected the seats & carpets to be cleaned which I can tell they weren't because the few spots I had were still there. I don't believe he was honest with his work and charged me for a full detail thinking I wouldn't notice. I ended up having to clean the spots myself and they came right off with a little scrubbing. For the amount I paid it should have been done thoroughly. It's wrong to charge someone for a full detail and not even do the work. I will take my money elsewhere with honest people.
