The staff is nice and the clients who were there seem to have a good repoire with them. The few times i have been there the place is always busy but staff is patient and moves quickly. I finally learned how to write a review and get online to do it, which is some indication of how much I need something like this Airmail Center to get my vital clerical and printing work done. The staff at the Airmail Center in Dana Point is helpful, very competent, friendly, and reasonable--quite a rare find these days. I have been going there for years and years and have had all kinds of tasks for them to do, all of which the guys have done with great expertise and a smile. An example will illustrate: in writing my review, I had trouble finding how to do it without joining all these mindless "social" networks. I mentioned my problem to one of the staff in passing. The nice red-headed employee at the Center (I am terrible with names--but never forget a face) simply suggested I Google their AIM's Center (if that is indeed what had wanted to do) and the review page on Yelp would appear in one of the first hypertexts, then go on from there. A simple task if you know about it, and he did! And here I am . . . The owner/manager is hands on and there much of the time, ensuring a great level of service--not that he absolutely needs to with this wonderful staff. I hate working office machines and fooling with mailings and whatnot, and for someone like me, this is THE PLACE. I never to to the other BIG chain now, where service is non-existant and you have to put in our credit card if you want a paper clip, or send up a flare to talk someone about a problem. I wanted to ship a computer to CO so I went to AIM and was told that they needed to make a custom box so my package would not go out until the following day. The next day I call to check on the package and was told that they didn't have time to send it and that it may not go out the following day. I had to drive back and pick it up and go the the UPS store in Dana Point. They packed it for half the price and shipped it that day. I will not be going back to AIM in the future. It's the worst customer service I have experience in a long time. read more

caution!! no security ! no privacy protection whatsoever! i called to get their e/m address, said i would be e/mailing them my employer insurance enrollment form, filled out, and i needed them to print it out for me when i got there, so that i could sign it and fax it back to my employer. to my horror, i walked into the public store and found my private document on display for anyone who walked into the store to see. it was open on a public laptop, facing the front door, with the inbox open and my file available for anyone to steal my identity!!! my social security, date of birth, name, address, phone, it had it all on display to the public! i was sickened !!!! this is so irresponsible, i am contacting the attorney general of ca in the morning and reporting this business. They cannot be trusted and are beyond negligent. read more

I have been meaning to do this for years. This place has OUTSTANDING service. Every year I email my Xmas poem and pictures to Mike, the owner? And he takes the time to print it perfectly. Even if it's not centered right, or the font, or coloring is off, he makes it right. He has even let me come in the back and view it in his computer to make sure I like it. Now recently I had other projects and had the pleasure of working with Chelsea. This girl is a treasure! She helped me design a beautiful program for my mothers funeral. I made many changes thru the course of the day and she kept saying it was fine. At one point, we added a pallbearer and I wasn't by a computer to resend. She helped me and retyped the page herself! Another time she made a few posters for me...even though my images were not big enough, she helped me find new ones. No matter what I needed, Chelsea was there to help. Thank you so much, Chelsea! Congratulations to Mike for finding a jewel. And thank you to Mike who is just as accommodating. You certainly have your customer service down!! I wish I could give you 10 stars! read more

I was amazed as Aim Mail Center #19 took customer service to an entire new level. I planned a trip to Mexico, completely forgetting my passport was expired. Unfortunately, I did not qualify for a renewal because my first passport I had gotten when I was under the age of 16. A week before my trip was to depart, I walk into aim mail services desperate to apply for a brand new passport as soon as possible. Although the process isn't a single step, aim mail centers really makes it as easy as possible. They even take your passport pictures right there for you. Stephanie, although I am unsure of her position at the store, really helped guide me through the process. A week before all of this rushing occurred, my wallet along with my drivers license had been stolen. I had not gotten a new one yet due to the fact you have to make an appointment with the DMV months in advance. Well- unfortunately getting a passport without a current state ID can be kind of difficult. You have to show a minimum of 5 different ways of identifying you, along with a birth certificate. I bring everything I need to identify me and she made the copies so that to post office could officially seal the passport documents. The next step is to go to the US post office and have an official swear you in, and seal your documents for you. Well, don't go to the Dana Point post office. The lady told me I 'had more than enough' documents and did not include all 5 different identifications.After insisting for twenty minutes that I would not need to include anymore documentation, I trusted her judgement considering I have no knowledge in passport renewal and she was the expert. I allowed her to officially seal everything that she said would be necessary. Two days later after I dropped the seal envelope and paid aim mail services, the passport expediting service received and started processing, they called AIM mail services to let them know that-low and behold- I indeed do NOT have enough identification to process my passport. Stephanie calls me immediately and asks if there is anyway I could scan and email the documents to Aim or directly to the passport processing agency. Unfortunately, after attempts at trying to figure out how, and a the refusal of the passport processing agency to accept a fax, there was no possible way that I could scan and email them before they would be closed. Not only was I panicked because my trip was to depart the following Monday and it was already Wednesday, but I usually did not get off of work until at least 5pm when the passport processing agency would be closed. My sister had the documents with her because she was planning on faxing them from her office, so Stephanie offers to drive all the way to my sister's work, get the original documents, scan them and send them to the passport agency immediately, and even offered to drive all the way back to give them back to my sister. This dilemma was part my fault for not double checking to make sure my passport was not expired, and part the post office official for not even knowing what is acceptable and what is not acceptable identification to include in a passport application, (even though she not only worked solely in the passport department, she was the person that was in charge of the passport department) Stephanie took it upon herself to make sure I had the documentation I needed to get my passport done by Saturday. Even if the passport had not been completed in time, I was floored by her customer service. I have never experienced someone that has truly practiced empathy and dedication like Stephanie did, and will always be using Aim mail center # 19 for all my mailing needs so long as she remains there. Although many older clients are sometimes slower and the wait can be a little frustrating, the workers at aim mail services spend the time each customer requires to make sure everything is just how you want it, and will get there in the time you need it to. I believe the short wait in line is well worth the customer service provided, and am so thankful for Stephanie's (and the other employee's) great help. Good things are worth waiting for, and with a guaranteed satisfaction with Aim mail center # 19, and the knowledge that the service requested will be provided-in time- even if it means the employee's driving to you, there is no other option for me! I highly suggested using aim mail center #19 for all of your shipping or mailing needs, especially if you want the job complete and want to walk away knowing your package is safe and will get to where it needs to be right away. P.s., I would also like to add that not only was Stephanie willing to drive, she was extremely helpful the entire time and worked with my step by step to make sure everything was done correctly. Also, she had important documents like my credit card, expired license, birth certificate, and car registration in her possession and everything was fully returned to me with no issues. read more
