Beyond upset with these people. I lost a huge account because of their lack of training and telling me my package would be there on a certain day. I would have paid more if I knew after they told me one thing, I get a tracking number that I check right after I leave and it changes to later the next day Friday. This happened before and thought I would give them another chance. Sometimes people have off days. How does this happen again? Because they quote you a price and a day that they say will definitely be there, to oh we don't guarantee ground shipping?? Do not go here if you want your packages to get there on time. If it's snail mail and you don't really care, go to the post office, it's cheaper too. At least it's a 50/50 crap shoot your mail might reach its destination. The last time we had to run out to staples and have them reprint all of our signs, brochures and pop ups. The package they guaranteed would be there also changed and it made it to our event 2 days after we left. Makes a lot of sense to put these people in charge of one and only thing they are trusted to do. I asked to speak to the owner - he's out of the country again! Truth be told I hate coming in here. Sorry. Unfortunately, there are still some people who live under rocks and still rely on fax machines. I prefer to scan and email documents. I don't have any use for fax machines, so I have to rely on AIM from time to time. I just get really frustrated with the service. It's like walking on egg shells around some of these people. They get so easily frazzled if there are more than three people standing in line. It's not brain surgery guys. Its just mail, faxes and copies. No one's gonna die. read more

Yes, the post office boxes are a tad more then at the post office, however, they will accept packages on you behalf - send you notifications when it arrives, notary services available, all postal services readily available, and they are so nice and polite! Our experience with AIM Mail Center has been very pleasant. This is our second year. They have handled special mailings very efficiently and the day to day package and mail deliveries have gone without a hitch. Mike is attentive and makes sure our needs are met. I have liked his staff and have been sorry to see some of them go, but the new hires have become friends quickly as well. The reason I choose AIM goes under the heading I call "life is too short" Life is too short to deal with people who aren't nice or pleasant Or who don't know what they're doing. With AIM every time I go in there no matter who I get, they have a big smile on their face, they're ready to help ,they're professional, and thank goodness they know what they're doing!! The reason I'm writing today is because I went in to Aim this morning stressed out because I had too much to do. First of all, all the ratings and posts below is a joke. 99% were written between April 22-27 of this year, yes someone went wild in 5 days and clearly the same style of writing . They are way over priced and will nickle and dime you to death. I spent over $800.00 changing my business stationary, checks, etc., etc., when they changed location/address and I never complained, and I also put up with her attitude for years, yet Stephanie Lee refused to wave a $10 late fee on my 6 moth mail box renewal because I was out of town in China and could not call them to make a payment for a couple of weeks. I had shipped a giant package of fabric rolls from here last year to Ohio. The package got lost in transit....it was HUGE so a bit confusing. However, the service here is good with most of the employees and they auto insure your package up to X amount of dollars so that was nice. They also handled the claim so I didn't have to deal with it. It would be nice to get offered extra insurance when shipping a package as I totally would have bought it. read more

This is my South Orange County place to go to for NOTARY and drop offs. I've never had an issues with this location, which is why it's one of my go to places. Dealing with real estate I need to deal with notaries, document shipping, and faxes. Yes, faxes...and that's why I go to places like AIM Mail Center and Postal Annex. I haven't shipped FedEx or UPS from them but I've done drop offs so that's the extent of my shipping. As for USPS - Post Office service I usually do that at the post office not at these type of locations. They mark up the prices, which I understand why since they do since they don't get a price break from the USPS. (E-bay'ers just go to the post office for those nickles and dimes. I always see them complaining at these locations and I just want to say that.)
