This business really cares about customer service. From day one it's been great doing business with Mz Benaz and her wonderful husband. I started selling on eBay and she really helped me with the right kind of packaging for my needs. They always go above and beyond for their customers. For example, I'm a sporting clay instructor and competitor and I ordered some choke tubes for a competition on Sunday. Well, I was in Los Angeles and realized I was not going to get there before closing on Saturday. Benaz made arrangement for me to get my choke tubes after hours so I could use them for my tournament on Sunday. This AIM Mail Center wanted to charge me $90 plus to ship a package via FedEx Home Delivery. That same package cost me $50 via the same method at the AIM Mail Center on Warner Avenue also in HB. Apparently each franchise location sets their own prices and this location in particular is a RIP OFF. Oh and the box I purchased here for $8 was only $5 at the Warner Avenue location. read more

Hate to be a negative Yelper, but this place is a total rip off if you need to send a letter/package out. They nearly DOUBLE the cost on the postage because they use their franchise profiting software (which was proven by my own FedEx quote and theirs). The new owners are foreign and frequently speak Turkish tongue while customers are present, which I think is completely rude. They also let their kids hang in the store all day so it also feels daycare-ish. Back to being ripped off, save your $ and go to the actual post office. They accept FedEx and UPS packages, sell stamps, shred, make special boxes, pack things up for you - all with a smile and real concern for your items. Binnaz and Metin own this mail center and they have been nothing but amazing to me since I started coming here. It is a family owned and operated business, they do their best to give you the best rates they can and they always serve you with a smile. Metin always brings me a cold water or fruit if he has it in the back and it makes my day every time. I moved from Canada a few years back and they even helped me find an immigration lawyer and a place to stay until I got on my feet. They do speak in Turkish but it is because Metin is still working on his English, I have absolutely no problem with it because I know how hard it can be to learn. They feel more like family than business and it's the reason I will always choose them over any other mail center. read more

I would never go to this center again, new owners, don't know the shipping business. They wanted $46. To pack and said would cost $104 to &198. to ship a package that ended up costing a fraction of that price by splitting it into 2 packages. Even when I told them I would not ship at that price, they charged me $22. in bubble wrap, that I could have bought for $6. read more

This place is a joke. I brought a package in thinking they would send it threw UPS or Fedex, and got charged $15 just to have the package show up at my door two weeks later. Apparently it was sent threw USPS and the address on the package was a physical address in a town where they don't deliver to the physical address, they have a post office. So I went back, changed it to the P.O. Box instead and resent it, hoping it would get there in time. Well the package never showed up, magically disappeared in the mail and I didn't get to wear my Halloween costume! I went in to see where my package was and the lady didn't have any of the tracking info. How do they not have any info on the computer??! So a complete waist of money, and I will not be using this shipping store again. read more
