Same vibe in this place rude business owner, always trying to nickel and dime a customer. Came in last week to find a new employee working and I was making copies and he was talking to his employee so rude telling her what's wrong with you , I almost said something we will see how long she puts up with him. There are never any lines, they're located in a convenient location, and I can get all of my mailing needs done without the hassle of the post office ! This store has been a God send for me and my business. The pricing is reasonable and customer service is absolutely amazing. They will go above and beyond to get the job done. I came in with a much needed and critical delivery print job. They ran the job, (that other larger print shops would not run because of envelope configuration) and adjusted the file to fit properly (no charge). I have come here to make dozens of copies two times and both times they have been helpful, pleasant, and guided me like I was a family friend. One time I came after normal business hours, and since they were there later for an inventory they helped me out. I would come here for all my copy needs except hey are only open till 6PM. read more

I have been going there for years, my son is in the Air Force in Hawaii and I ship him a packages every month. He always received it right on time and the rates were great, there are new owners now. I shipped a package on July 18th and was told that it would go out that day it cost me more than I have every paid to ship a package to him, I was told that he would receive it on July 20th as of today he has not received it, and when I track it it shows that delivery is due July 31st. Some items in that package were perishable and I am very upset. When I contacted them I was told that I was never told that the package would arrive on July 20th and it is not there problem. They get no rating from me. read more

I can't say enough positive things about AIM Mail Center #33! Even before the new owners took over running of AIM I was a steady customer of them for mailing, notarizing, copying, and faxing. Since Victor and family took over they have stepped it up more than a notch! They are so welcoming to everyone, so willing to help find the best solution for each customer. I am not from the Livermore area. I was in Livermore to move my mother in law and I needed a reliable, honest paper shredding service in order to protect my mother in law's information. I called AIM and spoke with a gentleman who reassured me he never had a problem with lost or stolen information. I visited AIM later in the day and dropped off the papers (22 lbs) with the owner, Victor. He allowed me to take the papers to his bin and he then unlocked and placed them inside. I would recommend his services if you live in the area or were visiting like me. read more

I sent a package via UPS from AIM. When it arrived several items were missing and things were in a different box, clearly repackaged by UPS. The folks at this store helped me process my claim and were incredibly helpful. I don't know what UPS's malfunction was, but the mail store handled it very well. read more

This shipping center is a rip off - do not use, published shipping rate was $ 15.29 he charged me $ 28.39 - I get there should be a mark up to profit - but this wrong - why cheat the local patrons.....I worked for the shipping company that i used to ship this package for 35 years - i do not think they would be happy to learn about what this owner is doing. read more

I had to go pick up a package at the post office and it reminded me to sing the praises of AIM Mail Center. They are pros. I never wait in line. They care about their work. The notary service is so convenient. They do passport photos. They have great cards and all kinds of packaging materials which comes in handy when we need to send things to our kids. I have been doing business with this Aim Mail Center for the past 6-8 years. Since it opened. Not only are they very helpful, kind and efficient, but every time I walk in they call me by name! Wow! Who gets that kind of service? I ship at the holidays and occasionally during the year. I am not in every day or even every month so it blows me away when they call me by name. This is not a regular post office, it is a mail center so they charge a fee for their services above what the postage costs. Their fees are not ridiculous. Staff is very helpful and gives good advice on the cheapest way to mail things. Never much of a line. Fast service. read more

I've got to say that every time I go in to this store, I am treated with nothing but respect. I have been going here for 10 plus years and it's the only place I will ship packages from or even buy my stamps. The owner and employees are always very sweet and thorough. I will never set foot into a post office again (unless I have to pick something up) Not only to they provide shipping but so many other services. We were looking to replace our current mailbox. We found this mailbox next to our dry cleaner. Initial encounter was okay with the receptionist. She was not rude. However, we wanted to come back a few times before we commit for a year or longer. We are so glad that we did. The guy who works there (I believe is the owner) is not very friendly. We needed help his help each time and he brush us off. Then while we were waiting for service, we noticed all the delivery boxes were everywhere for anyone to pick up. People were coming in a grabbing boxes and we did not appeared to have any check-out process. We will continue to look for another mailbox rental. read more

I ship international quite often. With AIM the process is completely computerized. Even my destination address is stored in his system. In and out in 5 minutes. By comparison, the post office is 30 minutes of filling out customs forms by hand (if they're available) and standing in line. I'm very happy with AIM and recommend this business. read more

As far as dropping off packages to be mailed I have never had an issue. However the customer service is lacking and over charges for postage. No one ever greets me when I walk in and then when I ask for a receipt for drop offs I get a huff and puff reaction as if I am interrupting something. I choose to drive slightly further over to the UPS store by Nob Hill where I get way better service read more

Went to AIM in August to ship an item. Purchased packaging on site and had Victor (new owner) and his daughter wrap and prepared for shipping to So. Cal. 2 Days later I received a call that Fed Ex lost my item (the packaging arrived but nothing was in it). Immediately Victor started claiming that I should have bought insurance (well, I agree and would have had it been offered). I don't ship items very often and that is why i chose to go to professionals.... Needless to say after Victor spent weeks working with Fed Ex they (Fed Ex, not AIM/Victor) agreed to pay $108 of the $308 receipt I had to locate and provide from 2003 (Thank goodness I still had the receipt). I proposed a compromise by asking Victor to match the $108 paid by Fed Ex and I would in turn pay the remaining $200+ out of my pocket for the item, which now costs over $400 . Victor refused and again blamed me for not purchasing insurance. I reminded him I was never offered insurance, to which he replied ..."that was a he said, she said thing". Problem with that argument is that I did have someone with me who has confirmed insurance was never even mentioned. I guess on the surface I should know all the intricacies of packing/shipping/insurance etc, however as customer relationships go, I am disappointed that this business (especially under new ownership) was not not willing to work with me on any compromise to maintain my business.
