I had gotten my live scan fingerprints done at this location. The first two times, I went in the evening where I was helped by an elderly male, who was the manager. He was efficient, however, I didn't like how he yelled and reprimanded his staff in front of customers. It made me feel uncomfortable to watch it happen. However, my third time (yesterday) I had to get live scan fingerprints, I was helped again by a manager. And she made everything so pleasant! She helped her staff and while she was doing my fingerprints she was actually training her only employee at the same time. It was a stark difference from my previous experiences and overall the whole experience went smoothly. They made applying for a passport quick and easy. I came prepared with my filled out application, old passport, and payment check. They took my photo, printed it, let me staple it to my application, sold me an envelope, and mailed it off for me in less than 15 minutes. My only feedback is to let the customer choose the shipping service and speed. I appreciate that they preselected priority mail as my option for this service, as the mailed documents are important. I was just surprised to go straight to the payment for services prior to being asked what mailing service I wanted to use. read more

I found this location online for fingerprints and amazon drop off. The gentleman who is works there was so kind and helpful. Then a kid lady named Pretty, helped me with fingerprints. She was so patient and detailed that repeated the process until she was confident that she got every details. I highly recommend this place for any service. I have been to this location many times since 2015 and they've all been pleasant. Except for the last time. This last Saturday, I went in to ship something. I was greeted by a trainee and their trainer. The trainer's name started with an L. It was very apparent the trainer did not want to do her job and train the poor woman. The trainee was very nervous using the system, but she was very sweet and tried to make small talk during the loading times. But the way the trainer would talk to her was so rude and it made the trainee mess up a few times (the recipient of the package i was sendings last name was still wrong after repeating myself 3 times - it was close enough, though). I have trained multiple people in the past and it really bothered me seeing how she was treating this poor woman. She shouldn't be allowed to train ANYBODY let lone be in a customer-facing position. I can tell the trainee will be very good at her job - very good people skills and makes you feel like she cares about what you're saying. There was another male associate that came out and momentarily helped her with something and he was nice. He should be training her. read more

Horrible sevice! I called to ask if they had a notary today at 3:30. I was td they would be there tell 4:30. I told them aim on my way. The notary left for the day at 3:45. He validated he did talk to someone yet took it upon himself to leave before hos shift ended.. I wasted 15 mins of my time driving out of town to obtain services. This store is a god send. If you had a negative experience it is most likely your fault. I dare you to visit another location, say Union City? The manager and staff are not only extremely quick but also professional. They look out for the best interest of the customer and don't sell you on overpriced and unnecessary things. I've been using this location every week for almost 3 years. The longest I've ever spent inside the store at a single time is 15 minutes and that's even when the line is out the door. If you're one of those people who doesn't know how to print your return label for an Amazon return this comment is for you. The UPS store is not Amazon. Went into this UPS for a drop off. The larger portly man working there was not paying attention to the fact customers were in the store, I called out to him multiple times only to see he had ear buds in and walked into the back completely oblivious. I again called out to him but to no avail. I guess the look of defeat and the multiple attempts to get the mans attention another sales man excused himself from another customer he was helping to come help me out. He was helpful, but halfway though him helping me the larger man came back out and just stared while licking his teeth and made me extremely uncomfortable. I would like to call the attention to the fact that his behavior was very unpleasant and he never once removed his earbuds . Thank you Calvin for helping me out sorry if the situation burdened you.
