They informed us AFTER we had already paid for flyers that they could not fulfill the order. They told us that we had to choose a different size. When I complain they told me that they had informed us in an email. I read through our email thread three times and it was NEVER mentioned. The order took over a week to complete and we were told it would only take 3 days. They didn't even have the decency to apologize. read more

I do dog rescue at a large volume. Reza has always been amazing in getting me my flyer with in an hour or 2. So we can get them up and get the dog home safely. Sadly today I called (for the 2nd time) after 3 hours of not getting an email back. The woman who picked up the phone could care less and told me reza retired. He was so customer focused I am so sad. I told her I sent it at 1 I needed it before 5 she told me "yeah no that's not how it works, you need to wait for your estimate and then you can approve it and then I can print it tomorrow or the next day." I tried to explain her the urgency and she could care less. read more

I could not give higher praises for this print shop. They were a life saver and went above and beyond with their customer service, speed, and quality work!! They even helped me fix my company's design for the project because we were in a time crunch. I will be going back here for any and all printing needs. Story time on why they are so great: My company tasked me with getting 500 5-fold brochures printed within 5 business days (btw 5-fold brochures are uncommon and most print shop machines do not do this fold so they would have to do it by hand). The print shop said they would do it for us and meet our deadline. Then the print shop realized during the week my design team had the wrong dimensions on our files. The print shop had to start over on the batch and took it on themselves to redesign and fix our brochure and added bleed to the design for a better print. Given that my company's error added time and delayed the print/folding process I asked if we could try and get a minimum of 300 done by the end of the week. On Friday they gave me 550! - 50 over our initial amount as backup. Thank you to Reza and his team! You are amazing! read more

What can I say. I found a gem today hidden in Pleasanton. I designed some work to be printed and I was yelping for a place to had them printed. Usually my go to spot is fedex but to do the order online then pick it up, I seen on their site the starting price was $20. So I decided to find a local shop and minuteman press popped up. I sent the request via their website and got a call from Reza to confirm. I asked if he can print them on thicker paper and he said sure. An hour later he calls me and said my order is done and will cost me $5. Six prints of 8.5 by 11 on card stock for $5! Man 6 prints in color paper would of cost me $10 at fedex or ups because they would of charged me to use their computer and it would be on plain paper and not this glossy card stock. The quality looks like a cover of a magazine. Everyone be sure to give Reza your business, his works speaks for itself and it's done in a timely manner. I can't wait to put these up tomorrow. Oh by the way, they closed at 5 but Reza even waited until 5:30 for me to come pick it up. That's beyond great customer service. Can't beat that! read more

Where to begin.. I was working on a memorial piece. Sometimes finding the right thing to say or way to honor someone you're missing can take longer than you realize. I found my self sitting on many ideas and before I could decide, I was a few days too late to do so the online route. Every website said "ships in 2-3 days" of course after your submission has been approved which could be a few days more. In a panic, I started googling print areas around me. Luckily I found Minuteman Press in Pleasanton. I read their reviews which are great, and I noticed that this store in particular has been around for 15+ years. I felt confident that they could help me, especially because they offered same day printing. I tried my luck and called at 4:57 pm, a few minutes before closing and I believe Reza, the owner, helped me. I had a million questions! "Do you do next day printing?" Yes "Can you produce stickers?" Yes "Are you obligated to buy a roll of can you print a sheet?" Sheet is doable! "Do you guys have white sticker options?" "Yes, and even in matte" "What time do you guys open?" "8:30 am" "If I get there at 8:30, what time would they be ready?" You can send me the prints you want now to my email. What's your name? I'll be looking out for it. By the time I was finished asking all the questions I could think of, it was well past 5 pm and I was still happily being helped. Their customer care is incredible. I sent my prints a few hours after getting off the phone, as I was finishing work, expecting to have a response by the morning. Before going to bed I checked my email and found a response from Reza and his group: "how many of these prints do you need?" I relied, around 2-6 total. The next morning I finished some work, ran some errands and finally found myself at Minuteman Press. It's located in a business center in Pleasanton, with ample parking. I walked in and waited a few moments as the group ahead of me was receiving their prints. I said hi and was happily greeted by Reza and his receptionist and I'm sure expert printer. I told them my name and Reza acknowledged me from our conversation yesterday and the woman kindly stepped into the office to retrieve my prints. I honestly couldn't believe they were done already! I opened the product and they were perfect. The print was crispy, the borders were perfect, and not a crinkle in sight. It was the exact image that I had sent them but now in my hands. I put it up against the product I wanted to put them on and it was everything I had hoped. Reza and his team offered me so much kindness and generosity. My heart was truly touched by the way they treated me, I left in happy tears and in full gratitude. I felt very lucky to have experienced their business and I felt like my loved one was smiling down on me. I don't have enough words to explain how perfectly this all went and I couldn't be luckier to have found this group. I will be bringing my business printing here and hope to continue to do business with them in the future. I will be recommending Minunteman Press in Pleasanton to whoever asks and everyone I know! I went to this Minuteman location to have my notary public stamp made. I was able to get it very quickly and the price was more reasonable than other companies were offering for it. I felt the employees were friendly and helpful. Keith handled my order and he had it ready for me within a quick time frame. It began with phone requests but now a quick email to Kevin with what we need and, once approved, we have our order delivered within a few days. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PRINT A SIMPLE 12 MONTH WALL CALENDAR. a) Could not give me a price (or even a price range) for 7 basic wall calendars b) Sent proofs that were wrong - despite my pictures having been labeled per month c) Got upset about how my 'custom layout' was going to leave 'blank pages' and that they were not going to be able to attach the pages (I still do not understand what this is all about - we've had calendars made every year for 5 or 6 years now, and never had this come up, we always order the most basic 12 month calendar available) d) I never did get the final price - the original quote was for $12 a calendar, but was told that because of all of the extras my 'custom' order was going to require, the price was going to be somewhere between $20-$30 per calendar. (this was not an official quoted price - it is from me trying to tally all the extras he was adding, while he was still lecturing me on the phone about how difficult calendars are) e) When he wouldn't stop lecturing me on how difficult these 7 calendars were, I said 'that's fine, it sounds like it's not going to work out' and hung up, he then called back to lecture me on hanging up on people. After this 3 day back and forth, I went to OfficeMax in Livermore, handed them the same photos (again, labeled per month) and had calendars in hand 2 hours later for $8.99 a calendar. They were very friendly and cheerful, they did not have layout problems, they did not have 20 questions in order to give me a quote, and they did not have trouble attaching them. OfficeMax also apologized for the poor service at MinuteMan Press. At the end of the day, I guess Minuteman press is not the type of printing business I thought they were. I choose the wrong type of printing business, and they are not interested in doing my yearly calendars, holiday cards, and business cards. read more
