You won't have to drive far away again. Pak Mail has got to be the better place of USPS. Every time I come in here, the owner Sam and his wife always has a smile on their face and greets customers on a happy note. They are friendly and easy going. Compare to USPS, I don't have to deal with bad customer service or do I have to wait long long lines. Despite the small parking lot for USPS, I would much rather come here! Pak Mail do offer mailboxes services and it's $300 a year for a medium sized PO box. Their mailboxes service is 24 hours also so you can come anytime!

Recently I needed a passport photo taken for my newborn baby (5 months old) and I originally stopped by the nearby cvs thinking the photo center could take it but they actually didn't have the system to take an infants photo. Horrible customer service by one particular employee. I…read moreshipped a very important doc here thinking UPS would be better and more secure than USPS . . . NOT! Long story short is UPS could not find the address and shipped the doc package back to this store claiming insufficient address information. I showed the clerk a Google street photo showing the address was clearly visible but she refused to help. Wanted payment for a reshipment. I told her kindly FU and went to USPS and mailed the doc package which was delivered in two days with no problems and at 1/3 the cost. Exact same address. So yes a UPS FUBAR but no help at this store. I will never do business here again.
