STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The owner speaks to his customers exactly like the video posted by another customer. I went to get my window re-tinted because they left bubbles on my window( 3rd time re-tinting ) and on last try, they left air bubbles again! and the piece of $hit owner didn't want to fix it because I left a honest review on his work on yelp! He didn't want to do a quick fix on my window because of that. He lost a new customer because I showed him what he would get if he gave his money to that piece of $hit owner. If that's the work you want done on your windows, this is the place for you. Hopefully everyone sees this review before making a huge mistake by coming here. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I went to another shop and they even said that all the windows are unacceptable and they are right because they all have something wrong with them. Go and give your business to someone else. If I could leave no stars for this place I would. These guys freaking suck. I paid for tint, they took the car had 3 guys working on it. Tinted all the windows and every single one had bubbles. I drove back to These guys and I told them that I need the windows fixed. LIFETIME WARRANTY. He told me basically he can't do anything on Saturdays, because the guys work off commission. How is that my problem? I paid for tint and it wasn't done right. Then he finally offered to redo my tint but only on a weekday during the morning. Which I can't do cause I got a normal job, mon thru Friday 9-5. I'm not gonna take time off work to bring my car in for his convenience, when it was his fault. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Posted a video of Amir the owner. This is the type of customers service you get at this place. May I remind you this is the owner Amir him self! I bought an HID kit from him he said if you have any problems you bring it back and I'll exchange for you no problem. He claimed that his product is guaranteed. I Came back within a week with my receipt in hand and I explained to him what was wrong with the kit. He wanted to charge me an extra $60 to fix the problem. read more

I recently purchased a car that needed tinting and had it done here at a tremendous deal, much better than competitor prices. At first I was concerned what quality of tint I would get, but I was quickly put at ease by the warranty knowing they have been here for a long time, so I proceeded with having the job done. The place is nothing fancy at all, and at its price point it shouldn't be expected. While waiting I had an opportunity to talk with the owner, whom I find to be a very pleasant, quality individual. The Tint on my Jetta came back very nice indeed, and have had it for 3 weeks now, it's perfect. I have had over a dozen cars tinted before at other places, and the quality of the tint on my car is just as good as the ones I have paid a lot more money for before. I only wished I found this place a long time ago. Anyway, do not hesitate, and go for it, it's the best deal out there, great quality and personal attention from a gracious owner. Do not get their hid light kits. It's a waste of your money, first off I went there and got my halogen lights on my BMW 2006 z4 replaced with hid lights. The owner said he can get them installed and working no problem. I trusted him and let him do his work, he installed my headlight and foglights with hid lights. It looked fine at first so I left and on my way back to work I noticed my lights went out when I clearly had them switched on. This was Thursday night and they were closed so I called him the next day on Friday and asked if I can come in and have him take a look at it. He said he couldn't because he was so busy maybe come back Monday because they are closed Sunday and he was busy Saturday. I got pissed off because I work late and if my lights didn't work at night I might get a ticket so I showed up anyway and had him take a look at it. He said let him try something and he added a relay to the thing and got them to work but charged me an extra 20 bucks on top of the bulbs and labor for fixing my problem which he said he would get it to work in the first place... I noticed that my headlight light was on in my dashboard but I didn't want to cause too much trouble so I ignored it since my headlights were workibg now... Fast forward a month, my headlights are turning off randomly sometimes the left one turns off and when I switch it off and on it would both be off so I have to keep turning the on and off switch to get them both turned on... I learned it's best if you want to do somethibg correctly don't pay some amateur to do it and just so it yourself. I'll be buying a premium kit and installing my own lights. These guys have bad equipment and service. I do not recommend shopping here their price might be cheap but you pay for what you get. Their equipment will not last long. End of my rant. read more

The owner is a liar! i had gotten my windows tinted a few years back within time they faded and got purple that tells you the cheap film he uses for his customers. He promotes false advertizement by saying lifetime warranty, he will not cover anything! I paid $160 for LIFETIME warranty & window tint. I had my windows done in March/2017. They did a sorry ass job & my tint bubbled & peeled off. I called & tried to make an appointment they told me I couldn't come weekends cuz they're busy I need to do week days & I just needed my receipt. I pull up taking a day off work (cuz I work the same hours as them) the owner wants to tell me I need to pay him an extra $50 for them to do another sorry ass job cuz they didn't do it right the first time. He wouldn't even bother looking at my car & said I shouldn't have peeled the tint off... how am I gonna drive around with bubbled tint half way off on a driver side window when I need to put it down. HORRIBLE customer service. I'm tempted to sue. No where did it say u needed to keep shitty bubbly tint on a window for weeks till u can take a day off work to accommodate them so they don't lose business on a weekend so they can fix it. I had my tint done here and it came out with bubbles and marks I had them fix it last week and it looks worse. I'm at another much more reputable with better reviews getting their work fixed $500 dollars later. They did a horrible job I didn't think you could mess up tint but apparently you can. Got some tint done here, the guys doing it are extremely young Hispanic boys looking around 19 years old, took a couple hours but came out decent. The owner is the type to try and make excuses for things such as bubbles on the tint etc. But nothing major. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Installed a sound system with them. They did a horrible job installing system left a lot of engine noise and used cheap cable and parts. They also tore one of my leather seats with a pen. Buyers beware do yourself a favor don't use this shop. I am a small business owner locally and would never do this to my clients. I came here to tint my car. The price was reasonable and it is life time warranty. The first time they tint my car, I came home to bubbles and one of the window was scratch. I immediately call the store and the owner ask me to come back so he can take a look. I came back on another day and he say he'll fix it but not today. Then he offer me to come back on Saturday as I dont have time. His employee said they don't do re-tint on SATURDAY. I have to wait for him to come an hour later. I had a Stereo and two amps installed in mid Feb 2014...Since then my Check Engine/Security/Battery lights have been intermittently flashing....1st week in March 2014 driving down the freeway my truck shut off completely while driving and catches fire due to a FAULTY INSTALL..I had my tuck diagnosed by Chevy stating who ever installed your Radio crossed wires and did not ground it correctly....After getting my Truck fixed I then returned to the Shop to make the owner aware of damages etc...he stated (I am not Responsible for any Damages) and walked away... July 2 2014...So today I won my case in Small Claims...But the Owner lied under oath....and said he did thee install to my truck as well as what he installed.....This guy was not even @ the shop..lol....I only blame myself for going to Air 1 Communications and trying to save a Buck..... read more
