They even got me a car rental with Enterprise at a discounted rate, who picked me up and took me to the rental place. It was a quick turnaround of few days to remove my old worn bumper, replace it with a new painted one, they even buffed my headlights, removed old worn yellow door protectors, and added touch up paint where chips were (all free of charge!). I did see a few minor things that still needed to be taken care of, I showed up the next Friday, they took care of it in under 2 hours, they even removed some old worn plastic film protectors from my rear doors as well free of charge. They wasted my time and emotions by giving me no hope and insisting that my car's engine harness part must be replaced. They even claimed that the part couldn't be found anywhere in the country. I was shocked but still had little hope, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started a project. I sent messages out on Yelp asking if any shop could help, and Mike responded! I was still skeptical because I felt that what Euro Car Doctor had warned me about could be true. However, I decided to go the fair route. I disclosed all my concerns to Mike, and he simply responded in a firm tone that his team could help. I visited BMB RhineTrade, feeling scared and uncertain. But I saw some positive signs. The place was packed, which made me think that it might take weeks for my car to be worked on. However, everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. It was almost as if he read my mind. He met with me, looked through the diagnostic report found by Euro Car Doctor, offered a loaner, and got back to me within hours with a full repair report and an approximate cost. At Harbor Auto Service, Mike and John get the job done at an affordable price and take customer service to the next level. For example, when you have already paid and are all set, they park the car right outside for you and send you on your way.
