The Ravenna Trailside Retreat is a beautiful spot less condo! Truly one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. Efficient layout with one bedroom/bath on bottom floor and one on top floor with the living room/kitchen in between. Notable features are the large number of spices and well stocked kitchen with appliances, the gorgeous bathrooms and the proximity to UW, accessible via a swift walk on the Burke-Gilman trail. For being so close to the university the location is actually very quiet and peaceful. We visited for admitted Huskies day and loved the proximity to the university and the U-Village with its many shops and restaurants!! We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling for leisure or business!! read more

Used AirConcierge as my property manager for 2 years. Would not recommend. They have a lot of hidden fees, and their base fee of 25% is a lot higher than their competitors. Throughout my time, it was difficult communicating with them. They didn't check-in on my property themselves, and blamed me for not informing them of changes - even though I live in another state. I expected the 25%+ (almost 30% including their hidden fees) to cover a bi-weekly check-in on the property. Looking at their reviews, they seem to provide a good experience for their guests, but not for their property owners. Stay away if you're a homeowner. read more

We stayed at this cozy cottage for a few days and it was such a wonderful stay! We got in on Wednesday evening and had something to do right away! There was time to catch OB's Farmers Market before it closed as well as stop by the beach. Everything was close by, beach in walking distance! It was nice to have some beach chairs and towels to take up to the beach every day. The space itself fit the 5 of us perfectly. Our evenings were spent on the patio for the most part, it was a good little space for us to wind down for the night. The kitchen amenities, utensils and pots/pans made making meals for our stay a breeze. Surrounding area was quiet and peaceful! The hosts were VERY communicative from the get-go which I appreciated. The location was remote, yet less than a mile to all the great restaurants and grocery store less than a mile away in Kings Beach. We even got to experience to 1st snow fall of the season ! This was a very cute, clean and updated cottage. It was the perfect location for me and was pretty walkable to most things you need. Family of 8 stayed in this waterfront apartment for 5 nights. We were pleasantly surprised that it was truly waterfront. The location was beautiful. We watched cruise ships, ferries, sailing boats and walkers. Patio was huge. All amenities were neatly labeled in boxes free to use. Place was pristine. We did light cooking and used laundry machine for a quick run before we got on our cruise ship. Norwegian cruise ships dock right in front of this apartment. Very close to Pike Place Market and lots of restaurants just a short walk away. We will stay here again, if we visit Seattle. Highly recommend. read more

This was our first time doing an Airbnb. The pictures were exactly what the property look like. This was a great location especially during winter time there's a Lyft super close for skiers. By car less than 5 miles to the casinos. The view was beautiful especially at sun set. We definitely will be renting this property again. We go to Tahoe often, and usually just rent a hotel. Since we rented this property my husband got a taste of have a house/ condo. He felt spoiled. I'm thinking he might not want to stay in a hotel again lol. It was quite nice to have a kitchen. My friends and I (there was a group of 10 of us) stayed at their Fallbrook property as one of our good friends from college was getting married down the road. We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and the pool was nice to relax in during the summer heat. The host was very friendly and communicative. The only thing we noticed was a confusing on check out time. The originally reservation said 11am but the host did change it to 10am. We were okay with it through since we did get an early enough heads up. But just something to keep in mind :) read more

We had a great stay. The condo was nicely decorated with great high end appliances and nice amenities. The Air Concierge team was very responsive to our questions and came quickly to check out our concerns. They were great to work with. I know this is a new rental, but there are a few things lacking. For the cost of this rental, I truly believe there should have been cable TV. Dish towels (there were none) and a broom would have been nice. There was a windstorm the first day we arrived. the back patio was inundated with debris, and we had no way of cleaning it, so we could never use it. read more
