We really enjoyed our stay at this water front apartment in down town Seattle. it was very spacious, clean and well laid out, with lovely views over the water. Parking was easy in the basement car park with 2 allotted spaces, and very close to the elevator. Even though there was a lot of construction outside during the day, noise was not an issue with the excellent sound isolation. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Seattle. read more

As seasoned hosts & travelling guests, we take pride in each guest experience. We recently used Air Concierge for a stay in Seattle and brought to their attention the dirty condition of the apartment including a cockroach found in the kitchen. Since Air Concierge is a large management company with multiple properties, they did not resolve our complaints or take them seriously. We have to alert others through this review that we would not recommend any of their property management services due to leir lack of pride of ownership and subpar customer service. This was our first time in Carlsbad and this house was the perfect base to explore this thoroughly delightful and beautiful California beach community. It is incredibly located just a few blocks walk from the beach and easy access from the freeway. We walked to Carlsbad Village several times for fantastic restaurants, shopping and some of the friendliest locals I have ever met in California. The house is exactly as it is described and the pictures depict it beautifully. We loved the convenience of the well appointed kitchen. The front-yard is quite private and the pergola, lighting and lushness of the foliage was dreamy. The bedrooms offered cushy comfortable beds and the shower in the ensuite bath to primary was really powerful and relaxing. The hosts have thought of literally everything and communicate often and clearly. It was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience to the beach/town and at very good value for what you get. We recently had a Family Vacation in San Diego and booked this beautiful home on Sunset Cliffs near Ocean beach. The private backyard with the fire pit and BBQ was awesome as we spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying family time. The house was clean and spacious and the location of the home was great. 1 1/2 blocks from the Sunset Cliffs and only a mile to downtown Ocean Beach. Great time and great stay!! read more

We had a fantastic time at the Malibu Zuma Beach House hosted by Air Concierge. The house has amazing views, perfect weather, and a great location. There were so many great things to say about this house and it's amenities and the responsiveness of Air Concierge. The hot tub overlooking Zuma Beach was great. The exercise room was a bonus. It was truly an amazing place to stay. It's very close to a great market and shopping center with restaurants and a brewery. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We particularly liked the fact that this house sits in a less busy part of Malibu but still very easy to get to everything Malibu has to offer. House smelt like urine and was very difficult to work with. Their solution was air fresheners but the urine smell felt like it was deep in the carpet and furniture. Carpeting is also very crusty. The check out was easy - just drop off the keys on the day of departure. There was excellent follow up when I had a few questions. The condo itself was spotless and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean. We loved looking out the large living room windows at the water across the street. There was a nice patio right off the kitchen although the weather was a bit too cool to sit out. cleaning was very unsatisfactory. we found in cleaned pot in the oven, perfume under the bed, socks under the coach, dust everywhere. it was also noisy it was located on the Main Street and we were not able to open the window as the place is not AC equipped. the garage was extremely small and even for sedan, we notified about this on the same day check in when we get the house instruction. the advertised picture was misleading. read more

This service has been a complete nightmare. The have miss managed my property. They didn't tell me when a guest extended their stay with the excuse that the request came in on Friday night. Apparently, no one will update the portal, send you an email or call the property owner over the weekend. Only one person is in charge of this, which begs the question, what if that person is sick or on vacation? They charged me $40 because they mistakenly sent their cleaners to the house when I canceled their cleaning service. Their cleaners failed to clean the house between guest. Their cleaners did a terrible job, so I had to take over managing my cleaners. Their portal doesn't always work. They take 22% from Pet Fees which are paid to cleaners for extra cleaning required after a pet stays. They wanted to charge me $50 when a guest said their child was stung by a bee to check and see if there was a bees nest (there wasn't). When I hired them, AirConcierge claimed they do on the site checks after a guest checks out. In over a year, they have never checked after a guest checks out. The email quote for the local manager " I try to go about every 6 weeks or so". They charged me $500 to fix a 2 year old stove which they complained was still broken lass than 90 days later. I replaced the stove, it wasn't broken it's in my other rental property working great for over a year now. They refuse to call you when you have an issue. I left over 6 messages and no one would call me back. All this and they charge 22% compared to Awnings which charges 15% and has much better customer service review. read more

I couldn't get the tv to connect to the wifi and sent them a message late in the evening fully expecting a response the next day but no! They got right back to me and helped me get online. If you're considering a rental with Air Concierge, be aware that this is a company that manages a large number of short-term rentals in multiple cities, which means management is spread very thin, and the whole experience is highly impersonal. In my case, although the apartment had good interior design, there were many issues with it that the first part of my stay a nightmare, until I worked with some of Air Concierge's partners to fix them. Among these issues were a leak through the ceiling from the upstairs neighbors' toilet and a pervasive smell of urine in the living room, which the cleaners told me the host was aware of before I moved in. (The cleaners didn't even successfully make the smell go away, but I was able to after spraying the entire place with odor neutralizer.) I wasn't offered any sort of refund for the trouble, despite being kept up for a night by the sound of the leak and having to deal with strangers running in and out of the apartment, which I was trying to use for self-quarantine. But what the host did offer me was a slew of gratuitous attacks on my character for the mere idea that I deserved some recompense for several days of trouble. I've never in my life had so much vitriol flung my way, I'm lucky to say. But it's clear that this had less to do with something I did, and more to do with the host himself, since both the host's anger management issues and the poor management are symptomatic of a company whose primary goal is to book guests at the highest possible profit margins. read more
