I called Warhold when I couldn't get other plumbers I had previously used to come and look at shower. Office staff was very friendly and said could get someone out today to look at my plumbing issues (which appreciated as others I called couldn't get out until the following week). I received a text from Warhold introducing the plumber who would be coming to address my issue (Santino Fraino). It included a picture of him and a brief profile, so I knew who to expect when they showed up. Santino and Carson did show up in the time frame advised and listened intently as I explained my problem. When they entered my home the first time and every time thereafter, they did use shoe covers (which I appreciated). Also, Santino took the extra step to advise me my issue with the shower and hot water tank could be tied to high water pressure at the house as he had addressed a similar issue in a house close to mine earlier that day. He did the water pressure test with me present and explained the high pressure was the root cause of the issue and all was needed to fix the shower and more importantly the high water pressure to ensure I have no other related plumbing issues. They did offer to come back to take care of the hot water tank, but I already had another handyman scheduled to come out to replace that. 3 weeks later and no further plumbing issues and shower has been fine since their repairs. I appreciate Santino and Carson's efficient work and straightforward and honest explanations on my issue, recommended solutions and work done. This was my first time using Warhold and I would recommend them to family and friends and will use them again.

My old boiler is about 65 years old. My 2nd floor radiators where not getting hot. The 2nd floor…read morewas always cold in my house. In the past, I had called 2 different heating companies to look at the boiler in my house. Both companies said my boiler was working fine, but yet my 2nd floor was still cold. I had called Lawerence plumbing to look at my furnace. Lawerence plumbing sent 2 technicians, Sam and Ed. It only took 5 minutes and they found the problem. The PSI in the water system was only at 5 Lbs, when it should have been at 15 Lbs. The valves that controls the water pressure in the boiler was corroded and stuck. The boiler system was old, and several other valves were also in need of replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to replace the old worn-out parts without breaking other parts. That's always the fear of working on old plumbing, things tend to snowball. They had to replace some bleeder valves on two of the radiators also. To make a long story short, Sam and Ed did a terrific job fixing my boiler. They were able to restore heat to my 2nd-floor without costing me a small fortune. If I ever need a plumber again, I will gladly call Lawerence Plumbing. They did a terrific job at an honest price. If I do call them again, I hope they send Sam & Ed again. Woodruff and Smith stood out because they were the only ones telling us we could get away with a smaller AC unit than the others were telling us and they put the guarantee in writing. Over the years after that install, we have had nothing but impeccable service. Thankfully, we haven't needed many service calls (and if we do, it's been partly our fault for not replacing a filter or something like that) but of course when we need them it's the coldest or hottest of days and yet we receive prompt service. We've never not had same day service which is incredible. Today's service call for our air conditioner was no different. Last night we noticed it was no longer cooling. We called this morning and got an appt right away and better yet, he was early for the appointment (this is practically unheard of anymore) and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.
