We chose that system because it gave us the alternate brand of Carrier, at a competitive price. But now, suddenly, the system went down, maybe because of a power surge. We don't know. But on the same day of our request, Vitaliy came and checked it out, ordered parts, tried to get it running in backup mode, but that wasn't going to happen. But he went the extra mile and then some.
