Scam company. Don't trust their google review which is 4.5 of our 5. They also named as "Aura Duct Cleaning". I ordered their most expensive service on their website which includes the unlimited ducts cleaning+sanitize. They came today and told me I only ordered the basic service, but my units have mold and require extra service to clean the plenum box and return air, and do the mold control which is $4000. I rejected and let them do the cleaning. They only used a small vacuum to connect the duct and worked 20 or 30 minutes. I went to attic and asked them to show the duct they cleaned, then I saw there is mold in the duct still. Then I asked them to show every duct before they seal it. Then they worked another 30 minutes there. The sanitizing service in their platinum package is just sprayed some sanitizing at the entrance of the duct before they seal it. This is the most expensive air duct cleaning service post on their website, then they will tell you in person that if you want to clean the whole system you need to pay extra thousands. If you reject, they only use this little vacuum to do their so called "platinum package duct cleaning". It's totally a waste of money. I will let everyone know about their service. read more

The two guys politely came in did the hvac inspection, and was told mold appear to have in both units that connect the air ducts, asking 2080 both units (from initial 2600 units!) to have their ultimate package to do the whole nine yard treatment incl fogging, or 700 per unit on just mold removal. I asked them to hold that off till I shop around, and found prices ranging 1000-1500 for both units vs their 2k on both units...The two guys spent about 30 min vacuuming and to their credit actually use sealant around the ducts and to seal off the hvac box connector. What I dislike is I don't believe their vacuum tubes ever reach down entirely the duct tube, because my return air is tube and vent is still full of dust. But perhaps they will only do if you go for their "ultimate package" so to speak. As far as the dryer vent goes, it was maybe one foot tube goes outside , and was easily done about 5 min of work scrubbing or vacuming out of laundry room, but yet they still charge flat fee of 77. So people pls do be aware what their up sale and not so much work on their expensive flat fee service...will not use again. read more

I am very happy I hired The aura air Duct Cleaning and would recommend them to clean your ducts. Their price was very competitive but what impressed me most was the awesome service and level of professionalism they provided. Paul explained in detail what they would do and how long it would take, with great accuracy. They were very professional in always taking their shoes off while walking through our house and spent the extra time to clean-up after they were finished. They actually left our home cleaner then it was before they arrived. Paul was also kind enough to show me his truck and the modern equipment necessary to clean our ducts. WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER. If there was a -5 en this scale I'd be happy to use it. I called for air duct cleaning...not only did they not clean the ducts or even look at them (one of them was cut open and they didn't even see it...they tried to sell me other services for like a $1,000 per unit...and when I check and see they hadn't even cleaned my ducts and call to complain, a "Stacey" answered the call saying "these things happen, it's not a big deal". This is my first time giving a bad review, but I feel compelled to save others from this scam. Hope this helps. read more

We scheduled an air duct cleaning with Aura per the recommendation of our home inspector. The team of three technicians were very prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, they discovered mold in our system. The service was expensive, but they tried to give me the best price possible and did a great job cleaning everything. Our dryer vent was pretty clogged, too. They did a wonderful job, though. Special mention for Gabriel, Tom, and Edgar. They were thorough, friendly, and very respectful with our belongings. Aura air duct cleaning came last week ago technician came to my house..call for air duct cleaning job. But technician only spray sanitizer but didn't clean air duct.. not what I ask for.. Mgr Gabriel came immediately got done... also gave extra service... good company . Today is May 23 ,2017 Mgr of Aura came back to fix problem.. did my whole system..& vents.. I was very suprise.. I highly recommend this company! Gabriel was the technician and he was very professional. I initially asked for a dryer vent cleaning, but since it had never been done, the vent was clogged. He told me what the extra service would cost to try to release the clog and that if they weren't successful, I wouldn't be charged. After almost two hours of hard work, they were able to unclog the vent. I saw everything they pulled out of the vent and it was scary!!! read more

I had my dryer vent cleaned today. I had no issues at all. Gabriel was professional and quick! I have not used the dryer yet, but I know the vents are cleaned out because I checked outside my house and no longer see the clogged mess that I saw before in the vents. He even suggested ( not trying to hard sell me) to put screens on my outside vents to avoid birds making nests in them. I never thought of doing that. read more
