Initially I believe I spoke with Don, the owner, prior to working with Marv, the technician, to schedule and complete the work. Marv came to my home in June 2024 was ethical, trustworthy, honest, and did a wonderful / thorough job, and I was glad that they are licensed to come into the home to clean the dryer vents - unlike the other company, who was only licensed to clean the events from outside the home, which proved insufficient. But when the new dryer ran the first time, the fancy sensor on it shut the machine down, giving an error message that said the dryer vent was 95% blocked with lint. With a long weekend (and a big snowstorm) bearing down on us, I scrambled to see if I could find someone to come clean the vent. I placed a call to Stuart, and he called back within 30 minutes. I explained the situation to him and asked if there was any way he could come that afternoon. He graciously agreed to find the time in his busy schedule. When he arrived, he got straight to work and soon had cleared huge amounts of lint from the vent. He was careful with the new dryer and with the laundry room, which he cleaned thoroughly before he left. He was cheerful, courteous, efficient, and effective. He's the perfect model of what a service business person ought to be. I will now have him come back every year to service the vent. And I enthusiastically recommend him to all.
