I received a message from a friend of mine from a post sharing great experience with this company's service for A/C, so I tried to call the number in the post because my A/C stopped working. My call was picked up right away but after I asked "Is this Air-Fab", the call was disconnected. I was still worrying that I needed to try another company to help my A/C problem when Steve called me back. He told me to send him my contact information and he will contact me soon, He called me back 24 minutes later and told me he could help check our A/C problem in my house in 30 minutes. He showed on time and helped diagnose and find the issue very quickly. He checked the capacitor and that was good. He then checked the connector and found the problem. He provided options on what I can choose to do, and just followed my decision and helped clean the unit up nicely. He left with a working A/C (for a $100 service fee) in half an hour. I couldn't thank him more, especially on such a short notice with this kind of quality service, responsiveness and shared knowledge. These guys were awesome. AC stopped working and they came out quickly to do a diagnostic. They were very informative about the problem and gave us multiple options to fix it. Didn't feel pressured into making any decisions and answered any questions we had about the problem. After we had a plan to fix the problem they were Back out at the house the next morning with the parts and completed the repair. They even cleaned up the unit and fixed some of the problems the previous installer left a mess. All the while keeping me informed with videos and calls with the work being done. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but Air-Fab stood out enough that I feel that they need more to let people know. Jaime and Steven just come across as honest and upfront - something hard to find in many contractors. They did a great job installing a couple of small ductless mini-splits for us - very high efficiency Fujitsu models, that are also super quiet. We love them. Very good price and for a much better unit than if I had tried to DIY it. After seeing the work involved, I'm glad I didn't attempt it. They made sure to properly address all the little details that a DIYer or corner cutting contractors would likely leave out. Highly recommended.
