They installed eight recessed lights in my living room and dining area, added a ceiling fan, installed an additional light in the bathroom, and retrofitted some of the older lighting in my kitchen. Everything came out great and really made a difference in the house. What I appreciated most was how professional and respectful they were of my home. They cleaned up after the work and even came back to patch the holes and take care of a few things on the walls that they really didn't have to fix. That extra effort definitely stood out to me. This will be a detailed review, because I love those, but if you're looking for the TL;DR... - Amazingly competitive price - Extremely prompt service - Some of the cleanest work by a contractor I've ever seen - All within the (very, very fair) promised budget After chatting with 5 or 6 different electricians in the area, ranging from larger businesses to smaller shops, I can honestly say, these guys are the best and you should reach out for a quote! We recently purchased a 2024 Tesla Model 3 and knew we wanted to install an NEMA 14-50 outlet in our carport to charge our car. We also knew our house was not at all equipped for this since it was 30+ years old, and had an original sub-panel that, when we moved in, we were told would likely need to be replaced at some point due to a recall. Knowing this, we wanted to do our due diligence in picking an electrician familiar with the issue. We had 5 or 6 different electricians come out and give us quotes. Only a handful of them recognized the issue with the sub-panel (T Bow was one of them!) and, while they all provided a variety of crazy suggestions for how to get the outlet installed and power routed, T Bow's plan was simple, to the point, and the most straight forward despite our sub-panel being far from the carport, inside the upstairs hallway near our master bedroom. I reached out to T Bow via Yelp on a whim after a few other electricians had come out just hoping to find someone local and honest who wasn't going to run pipe all over the outside of our house. He replied instantly late at night and within 10 minutes, scheduled him to come out a day or so later to take a look. He arrived on time, and within 10 minutes, had evaluated the property, and provided a plan to upgrade the panel and install the outlet by running the line through the attic, down a wall, and through the garage -- a route no other electrician we had come out had suggested. His cost to upgrade the panel and install the outlet beat out others who weren't even planning on upgrading the panel. I was told there was a roughly two-week wait for work, but Jeremy was incredibly communicative and was able to come out that same week, arriving on time and doing the cleanest work I've ever seen. They managed to swap the panel with zero additional damage to the wall, and then cut only a small hole in the back of a closet to feed the wire down into the garage. Amazing work all around given the location of the sub-panel and the location of the outlet we were installing. They worked quickly too! In a single day, they swapped out our old sub-panel, ran the wire through our attic and down through our wall. Fed it into our garage, and installed the conduit in the garage with the wire to feed into the outlet inside the carport. Amazing work, super fast, and at a fair price. I don't know what more you could ask for and I'm pretty frugal! 10/10, will use them again in the future. :)

I had knocked a window panel off the rail and he not only fixed it for me, but he also put a cap piece on the end so it wouldn't slide off again. Like myself in my business, he is not the cheapest air duct cleaner around, however I want the job done well, one time, and that is what Robert's goal is and it's how he runs his business. He cleaned everything out meticulously and also went on the roof and cleaned the vent up there, too. I encourage anyone needing help after seeing an error message on your dryer like an "d95" type, it's time to give Robert a call. In fact, it was so dirty that we started feeling increased airflow through our HVAC system after he cleaned everything out. He recommended that we get a new one and stopped his work immediately and adjusted pricing to follow. Overall will absolutely use his services again because we definitely need to get these ducts clean more than once and he was the right guy for the job.

The receptionist, Nancy, was friendly and helpful and called a few times to confirm the appointment. Since I work full time, I had my mom at my house to let them in. The technician took a look at the problem and went outside for what seemed like a long time to my mom, but came back and replaced the tank-to-bowl kit and the flapper. He didn't communicate the problem to her or give her an estimate of the cost. An hour and a half later, he gave her a bill for $342.50. She told him, if I knew it would cost that much, I would have bought a new toilet. He charged $192.50 for 90 minutes labor (much of the time was spent getting basic parts which he should have had on his truck and talking on the phone), $25 for the flapper (fine) and $125 for the tank to bowl kit, a part which retails for $8-$25. I called the company to question them on the cost. Nancy listened to me and said she would talk to the plumber and get back to me. A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called again. Nancy told me she had talked to the manager and he agreed to give me a $50 credit on my next service. I told her that wasn't acceptable because my mom had paid for the service and I wanted her to give her the money. Who knows when I would need plumbing again? (And, after this experience I certainly have no intention of using them.) Also, interestingly, she mentioned the person who performed the service for me was no longer with the company! She said she would talk to the manager again and get back to me. Another week has gone by, and I have heard nothing. To top it all off, the part they used is really cheap. The handle is very loose and you have to hold it down for a few seconds to get the toilet to flush. Benton's reputation has been flushed down the toilet by United Plumbing.

I have been a customer of RR Electric for a couple of years now. Whenever I've needed service, they show up promptly to do the work and I've always been satisfied with them. I highly recommend RR Electric & Air because yesterday I had an issue with water coming out of the drain from my air conditioner. Today RR sent Gary Purnell and an assistant to my home to repair the drain. Well, it turns out that the clog was unable to be cleared out. Now I needed to have a pump installed. Well, in this crazy uncertain time that we are in, this was another bill that I just couldn't afford. And since I'm not working, like many of us, this was a great hardship on me.This pandemic has wreaked havoc on our lives in so many aspects. Well, Gary understood what I was going through and went above and beyond to help me. He not only repaired the leak in an efficient and professional manner, he also made sure that I was covered for the payment. There really are heroes in this world, and I'm very grateful to Gary and RR Electric for getting me through this difficult time. Had some trouble with my home heating system. Called RR, Steven and David arrived promptly. They went through my entire system and brought back the results which included some issues I already knew existed as well as many new issues. Based on Stevens recommendations a decision was made to replace the 20 year old system rather than piece it together over time. Replacements included a 5 Ton 16 Seer Condenser, 5 Ton Evaporator Cased Coil and a 97% AFUE 120,000 BTU Upflow Variable Speed Gas Furnace. All Goodman, 10 year warranty with 5 year labor. David and his team came in and did an over the top professional job, kept the work areas extraordinarily clean (they cleaned and painted the furnace closet as part of the job) and Ricky stayed around until I had mastered the functionality of the system and the WiFi Thermostat. RR did a complete replacement of all our ducting, ac unit, line-set, etc. I have to say what a wonderful job they did. Everything from my initial contact with Robert to the final installation went excellent and accordingly to plan. I researched and received quotes from 4 other hvac companies here in Santa Clarita, one was a family friend, and finally decided to go with RR for a few different reasons, most importantly his rates were very reasonable and he worked with me to answer all my questions, he went way beyond to ensure I knew about the options and benefits of different equipment and sizing etc. I never got the feeling from him that I'm sure most of us get when calling any service technician to our homes. I had R&R out because I was having issues with my old AC/Heater. Nima came out and did a thorough evaluation of my system and gave me a few different options for how we could approach the problem. He offered some thoughts and wisdom from his experience in the trade, but didn't push me down any particular path. Ultimately, I decided to replace my entire system, and he gave me a few options for doing that. I thought the price was fair based on my research, and they offered great financing options as well. They arranged everything for me including inspections and permits, and the install was done within the week. The system looks fantastic and the team that did the work was efficient and professional. The office staff kept me in the loop throughout the process, and found an additional rebate that I was eligible for after the fact. Huge thanks to the entire RR team! Chris came to our home in March 2022 to give us an estimate for the installation of an exhaust fan/light in each of our four bathrooms as well an estimate to install one new gable vent attic space fan. He was very knowledgeable about the products as well as the installation process. We felt the estimated price was fair, accepted the proposal, and within a few days Chris was back at our home with his colleague, George, to install the fans. I've searched for a good electrician to install a transfer switch and new electrical panel for my generator's emergency home backup power. I was starting to get discouraged after receiving no returned calls. I thought maybe it was due to our unfortunate COVID-19 crisis we are all facing. Nonetheless, I received a call back from RR Electric to set up a time for a quote. To be honest, I didn't get a great vibe on the first phone call because they do charge a fee just for coming out. However, these guys are truly professional. Do be advised they probably will not be the cheapest out there, however their wok is impeccable. It was Hector and his partner Sean that did the work. They had to bust through drywall in my garage to get to all the wires and everything was patched up nicely and cleaned up like it never happened. These guys deserve 6 out of 5 stars. Knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant team to work with. Brody drove out on a Saturday when most electric companies were not available. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently over the weekend and came out to fix the issue on the following Monday. Brody gave us a couple of options as our AC drip pan had rusted and had leaked into the attic and was seeping through our ceiling. The fix took less than 3 hours as they attached a secondary drip pan. Brody led the effort and was joined by Gary who also did a great job and they worked well together as a team and got the job done. I had a very positive experience with R and R Electric in Simi Valley, and I would like to recommend them to repair and/or install any type of air conditioning or heating unit. R and R Electric performed a very difficult installation of an air conditioning unit to the top of my second story condominium roof. This installation was performed by William Diosy, a technician from R and R Electric. He could have performed this task using a very costly crane. But he used other means which were much faster and safe. The price was right too. The price was about a thousand dollars less then other contractor bids. This was all done in about six hours. ** BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! ** I rarely leave negative reviews, but I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. Based on my experience, I felt misled from the beginning. This company appears to focus more on selling expensive repairs than honestly diagnosing the real problem. After I was charged hundreds of dollars for repair that solved nothing, I tried to work with the company to find a fair solution. Instead, they avoided responsibility, acted unprofessionally, and kept giving me the runaround instead of fixing the real problem. The whole experience left me feeling ripped off. **Poor diagnosis. AC went out and R&R was extremely responsive and came out the next day to diagnose the problem. The office was great and texted and emailed me a picture of the tech and when he would arrive. Gary was a delight to work with, very professional, and provided me with a very competitive quote for a new compressor and coils. I received a text when he was 30 minutes away which told us a little about who he was before he got to our house. When he arrived, he protected the flooring at the attic access and he wore shoe covers when he came inside. He showed great customer service. We told him what was happening with the A/C and he did a GREAT job troubleshooting the problem and repairing it... all while communicating exactly what was going on throughout the service call. I've used RR Electric twice in the past few years. The first was an emergency call in the middle of the night - an outdoor GFI had failed and melted in its box. The technician was there the first thing the next morning and completed the repair in just a couple of hours. Recently, we needed some major outdoor re-wiring. Two technicians came out and did a very neat, professional, and timely job. Every interaction with them has been a pleasure, and I intend to use them exclusively in the future. Want the best electrical company? RR Electric is the one. We've had nothing but trouble with our a/c and furnace for years. I can't remember how many electricians have been here, but no one was able to fix the system properly. William Diosy of RR Electric fixed the problem - the system is working perfectly, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg or my first born child. I don't think you can measure a business when everything is going perfectly. You measure a business by how they handle things when it doesn't go as planned. Everything has been going great, but we recently had a little hiccup when I added a whole home water filtration system. I was a little frustrated and it took a little bit to get the right person on the phone, but I'm really happy to know that they are the same company from 11 years ago. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies in the area that will install something and if there is a problem, you are on your own. I see a 1-star review from someone who was frustrated with lack of customer service. I was frustrated with this too. The AI phone interface can be frustrating, but there are good people working there who are trying to do the right thing. It just might take a little bit of patience to get the right person on the other end of the phone. I do know that they are addressing this problem. Julian is my plumber and Sam is my HVAC guy and when they come to the house it's like having old friends visit. At the end of the day, that's what keeps me coming back to them. The work is solid, the technicians are knowledgeable, and when something does come up they stand behind what they do. Eleven years later, that still says a lot about the kind of company they are. I have no hesitation to call them for some of the bigger upcoming purchases that our household needs, like a new AC unit and a tankless water heater. I am very happy with how they addressed this past issue and will be calling them in the future.

They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.

Here's my review from 9 months back: I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent job diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their diagnostic service it's clear that I should've gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we're now on. No matter how many times I asked a question Diego took the time to break it down in ways I could understand (since I am not knowledgable in HVAC anything). No Mansplaining.. simply removing jargon and explaining step by step so anyone could follow. Seriously...Great job. My review from 5 months ago: I had ANOTHER HVAC issue but in my main house (HVAC is likely more than 20 years old) and Troy was sent out to take a look at what turned out to be a very dangerous situation. He was meticulous in documenting and clearly explained everything that was needed and why each thing was important for a SAFE operating system. I tend to only have catastrophic issues with units that either came with the house and are veeery old or something crazy like working with terrible contractors with bad installation and bad intentions causing MAJOR critical failures.... One thing that I noticed which I don't ever remember seeing before was Jonathan had foot coverings on when he came inside. He removed them as he stepped outside to do a check. I thought wow, how thoughtful is this. This was so nice to see. I told him he looked like a surgeon! I would definitely recommend this company and have given several referrals to friends and neighbors, which is also a perk, as you get discounts for referrals. The VIP membership plan is great, this company is invested in maintenance, not just making a sale and sending you on your way to fend for yourself. They will come out twice a year for regular maintenance, which really is such a great feature as well as emergency situations. It's so comforting to have this type of support. This company was able to schedule service right away (even on the weekend). They work 24/7 and can show up afterhours and holidays. They also send confirmation texts for appointments, surveys, etc. and emails for invoice and home inspections should you choose. Team Rooter had the best pricing for our clogged kitchen sink. We were so pleased with the work they did that we called Team Rooter again in 2026 for a different plumbing problem. I liked that they had complete records of the last time they were out. *FYI, after the plumbing work is complete, they send out a report with a description of the scope of work done. This month, Geovanni was assigned to us and he is the best - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and more than capable. He is the type of plumber I would feel safe referring to my grandmother if she had a plumbing issue. Professional - I appreciated that Geovanni would call and give a 30 minutes heads up before he arrived and he's pretty punctual. (Can't stand when other vendors or deliveries would give you a 4 hour window so you're stuck just waiting.) The plastic and copper pipes he redid look way better than they did before... instead of multiple right angles, he angled them to flow better and reduce a collection of water (which started our problem in the first place). He also performed some drywall repair after replacing the pipes, and we were very impressed by his drywall work (he took the time to really match the existing walls on multiple floors in our house). I am just thankful he was able to fix all of our water issues. If we have problems in the future, I would def call Team Rooter again. Would recommend to all of our friends and family.
