Our house included 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairs, and a basement for $300. We had a pet stain and marks in the carpet from our furniture. They said they could get out the pet stain and the carpet marks. The stain was gone, but the marks in the carpet from the beds and dresser remained. I didn't see the carpets before they left because they told me my feet would leave behind prints on the wet carpets. Normally, I would call and bring them back to correct, but we had photos scheduled at the house the next morning. They also told me it would take 2 hours, but were there for around 40 minutes. They raised through and didn't do the best job.

We called Pure Ducts out to clean our vents on our older home. They did fantastic work for a great price. We were thrilled when our condo chose pure ducts to uninstall and reinstall all the ductwork for a major structure project. Chris was very cool and let us do some upgrades (that we paid for, beyond the job the condo association scoped out) and BOY... our house is SO much more comfortable!!!! What I appreciate about Chris and his entire team is they focus on doing a job VERY well. Details matter, and they know more than just ducts. Chris even called out an HVAC friend to advise on a few key items with our rebuild. I cannot recommend pure ducts enough. Be sure to ask about all the work they do! I was told they did the location, which was not too far from the previous location. DUSTOUT was a small company of 3 or 4 people, including the owner when I had my parents' ducts cleaned, and there was no answering service back in January. In fact, I spoke with the owner himself, who was helpful and knowledgable. In that they were a small company, I wanted to help them by making a point to give them a good review for good service. Fast forward to now, they have a whole answering service apparatus with a phone tree. Everyone loves an answering service with a phone tree! /s So I left a message with the details of the new job. They said they would call back. They didn't. I called *three more times* over the space of a week. I emailed the owner. Nothing. Crickets. I asked if they had new ownership and they said, "no". I asked for an estimate like last time, and now they tell me that they don't give estimates before they arrive. Now, one is supposed to allow them to come and they will tell you how much the job is after they arrive to do the job. (?) Who would agree to that? Not sure what to believe about DUSTOUT now. I have *still* not received a call back. I have not received an email back. So I hired another small company. I'll keep you guys posted on the job he does. I guess DUSTOUT used to be great, but I have no idea what is going on at this company now. I reached out a few weeks ago and was waiting to make an appointment, I have a young baby and needed family to sit for me as I was worried about dust for her. I got a call this morning asking if I was still interested as they had a last minute opening and could give us a good deal and man was it a good deal! There was some dust so I'm definitely glad I had my mom baby sit. The gentlemen who did the cleaning were awesome! They took the time to clean each register, took off their shoes and were actually quite quick I think all said and done it took a little over an hour! Additionally to prove to myself that it "worked" I took before and after photos from the same vent. They did also show me the area they removed to access and it was equally gross. I'm so glad they had a last minute opening and gave me a call! I think for the size of my house and the price they gave it was a great value for such a big house. They cleaned up nicely after, I do have a little vacuuming to do but nothing out of the ordinary. Very professional and responsive to questions. Kevin was the technician who serviced my hot water heater and went above and beyond to help me.
