They buzz around one side of the building, and even if you have a lit hookah in front of you, they will not come by for 30-40 minutes at a time to check on you. The hookah is OVERPRICED. I'd be willing to compromise on pricing if the service was up to par, but at one point my friend just risked burning himself and took the top off the hookah and moved the coals around himself because he knew no one was coming to help us. The owner was rude. She mentioned a "no hoodies" policy (probably the most commonly worn piece of fall clothing in America besides jeans) but it was more of a "no COLORED person in hoodies" policy. Security is a bunch of Nazis in bulletproof vests, talking militant like they're in Iraq or something. Dude, you're in a small American city. Calm down.
