We wanted to get our ducts cleaned ASAP after the Louisville fire so that once our gas was turned back on we could turn on the heat without dispersing ash throughout the house. He then juggled his schedule to come clean our ducts a day sooner than our scheduled appointment (which we greatly appreciated). He was punctual, professional, friendly, and careful moving his equipment so nothing got damaged. He took his time and kept working till he was sure that he had done a thorough job. Our dryer vent was especially clogged but he kept at it until it was clean. We called Avi at Air improvement after we finished a kitchen remodel that filled the house with drywall dust. In the four years since we moved in, we had never cleaned the ventilation ducts and, after the remodel, were sure they needed a good cleaning.
