Had someone here less than an hour after we called. Was very personable, quick, honest, knowledgeable & informative. Located our warranty via the info on our AC. Service was called because of water drainage from AC secondary unit. Jason thoroughly checked all possible avenues and made phone calls to key contacts to rule out all possibilities, so no stone was left unturned. Fortunately, the AC unit (installed a year ago by Air On time AC) was working as expected. No issue could be determined other than the air filter was a low-quality air filter and could have contributed to the issue. Jason was kind enough to change out the air filter for me, gave me recommendations on what temperature to leave the AC unit, what best filter to install and to call AOT if the issue continues. I called early in the morning for an a/c repair. The technician arrived promptly and was courteous which is why there is one star. The diagnoses was to replace a part and get it running for about $330.00. I researched the cost of the part ( which companies are not counting on you to do). The part cost $14.00 and would take less than 5 minutes to install. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. This company's unethical business practices should be criminal. Needless to say, I declined the service, paid the $90.00 service fee, ordered the part and still came out over $250.00 ahead. read more

Purchased a 20 SEER A/C system. Great system and incredibly low energy bills. The system recently developed a problem and even though it's out of the labor warranty, the owner James has been out several times to fix the problem and has not charged me anything. It's good customer service to take care of your customers problem. This is excellent customer service to fix a problem you don't have to. Would not hesitate to recommend or use this company. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid. Especially the owner and receptionist, who had the nerve to call me, raise their voices and try to talk over me. Charlie came over to give us an estimate (we had no problem with Charlie), and originally told us it would be a "couple hundred bucks" but then went out, called the owner and came back in with a $680 estimate. We decided not to use his services at that time. Still, we had no problem with Charlie, we just didn't appreciate that the estimate went up so much, and my husband left a review saying our estimate went up. (We received 2 estimates from other companies in the area at $230 and $250). Today, the receptionist called me with an attitude that needs adjusting, claiming that just because we received a free estimate that we basically had no right to post a review. It is your business practice to offer free estimates... that has nothing to do with me. And as far as I'm concerned, an estimate does not guarantee that we will do business with you- it's just an estimate. Shortly after I explained that, the owner jumps on the phone and also had a major attitude. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Running your own business can be difficult I understand, but to call and harass a potential customer over your fluctuating estimate is ridiculous. I think because I am a woman he thought he could overpower me on the phone. Not the case. You 100% deserve this 1 star review for the way you speak to people. We still are under warranty for the A/C unit we bought from Air On Time, we called to get the motor replaced and was told by James the owner that since we did NOT buy the furnace from him as well he will NOT honor the warranty!! Poor service. Sad, they just wanted our money... Partain read more

James actually found some performance and safety issues that were done when the house was built. James is very personable and has a lot of experience and knowledge in the industry which he shares. I contacted James on Tuesday ( 04-07) morning, he and his coworker were out on Wednesday ( 04-08). I had a tuff job received a much higher estimate from the 1st company. I selected James he took care of the job right away, here on time, cleaned up once job was completed and we have cold air.
