This company is a class act. Great, honest, and dependable service. We bought a used home, our proud fixer upper... We started with getting a mini split installed in our garage. We are very happy with it. Bravo Air gave good recommendations for our needs. From the time I called to the moment they left after install, everything is professional, timely, communicated well and cleanly installed. We feel like VIPs and always feel like we are the priority. Now fast forward 6 months and our aging central air system was no longer cooling. We remembered the great job they did with our mini split system so we called... Again, great service. They had a tech out to our house quickly to diagnose, replace our AC coil and we're back in comfort. Very reasonably priced and again, very clean install. Our system is running great.

He was very transparent with what the process of the maintenance would be, as well as the cost. Throughout the inspection he took pictures to show us, explained the different readings and whether it was considered in range or not, and he suggested a couple of ways to optimize our HVAC system/additional preventative maintenance without being pushy about it. I now can go into this summer feeling confident with our aged HVAC system and i feel completely happy with the price paid for the maintenance. Our A/C went out, literally heating the house. One company we called said we had an old system…read more(true!) and just to add freon would cost up to $1250. A new system would cost upward $7000. "Whoa!", I said. We need a second opinion on this! Talked to a friend who said he knew a guy - Carlos. Carlos had installed and maintained their multi-building church campus system and so he could help us. Called; Carlos came THAT day! (Oh yeah, by the way we had guests coming the NEXT day.) He walked me through our old system's REAL problems, which were much more than 'just add freon'! My wife and I are on fixed incomes, the current inflation had eaten into our savings, so there was not much left. Carlos came back the next day - God bless him! - and arranged to update our old system at a much reduced cost. Our updated system was restarted, and within minutes put out beautiful cold air. We are VERY thankful for Carlos and the work of A-Arctic. HIGHLY recommended!!

Owner called me same day and offered someone to come that evening or following day (Sunday, Father's Day). I told him there was no rush and requested Monday service. Monday I got another call from a third person wanting to schedule service, I told her someone had already scheduled service for me same day. She stated that was odd as I didn't even have a customer profile, but could get the technician in same day. I do want to add.. all 3 people I spoke with very nice. Since day one, one of the units upstairs did not work well. He came back a few times and did some work, this dragged a few months and as the weather was cooler we did not notice any issues and thought it is fixed. Recently we had to go in our attic and noticed that the unit he had put in in the attic is not sealed well so it is leaking air, and it feels cool in the attic!!! We called him, He came back to look at it, he charged us again to fix it because its been a little over a year and his warranty is over! a couple of days later we went in the attic to check it and noticed it is still leaking cool air in the attic!!! we called him back and he is not answering our calls, we have left him messages and he is not returning our calls. Be aware of this company. They may give you a good price but do shady work. I am very disappointed to say the least.

He upgraded the furnace venting configuration, installed a new vent cap on my roof, and checked all functions of my system and thermostat. Later I found out that Anthony is the company owner! They checked all the seals and left me feeling perfectly confident in the dependability of my new system.
