After calling the company related to our current AC system several times questioning why our home wasn't staying cool after running it all day, they couldn't solve the problem and told us this unit was the best it would do. I am a returning client . Having an issue with a unit they installed. Made an appointment for service one week ahead of time. Decided to have them service two units at the same time . I had two tenants waiting during the appointment window for over three hours . No call no show ,called three different numbers, texted them , left voicemail, no reply . They Just completely ignored the appointment all together. I was prepared to pay a "trip fee" which implies that I am paying for their gas which is fine . But imagine I agreed to pay for a trip that they completely ignored . It's so embarrassing as a property manager to do business like this it reflects poorly on my tenants. I never got any confirmation prior to the appointment or anything. And imagine I have spent over 4500 $ with them and this is the treatment I get. I never heard from them the entire day and may not ever hear back if I don't write this , which is absurd. I could have done business with many other companies during the last week of waiting for this appointment, but I am a loyal customer. Now I have to find another company. read more

I hired John to install a mini-split ac system in 2021 and was so impressed with his work ethic and his friendly disposition. The work was done with care and I've been so happy with the system. When one unit started making a noise during an extended heat wave, I contacted John for guidance. He arrived with help, and then the two of them proceeded to clean the filter in each unit. After two weeks of research and obtaining seven estimates for a new heating and air conditioning unit we decided to go with On Point. John Figueroa is the owner and came in with a reasonable price to replace the entire system to include all new ducting and a UV air purification system. John and his team showed up on time and worked throughout the entire day to finish the job. Everyone was very professional and polite while wearing their COVID masks the entire time, despite the hot weather. They were clean and did not leave any messes. The A/C unit stopped working two days later due to a minor electrical wiring issue in my home. John was here the next morning to troubleshoot and had the issue fixed within an hour. John came to our home today and I have to tell you he was great. Not only did he make an attempt to bump my appointment up due to the heating issue my family was having but when I was unable to make the rescheduled time to do an emergency, he politely waited for me then communicated that he must leave. We rescheduled for Friday, well the next morning John called and told me he could be over in 30 minutes and I agreed. 25 minutes later there he was at the door placing his shoe covers on to respect our home which I really appreciated. He promptly identified the issue communicated his plan and the estimated time to complete. Within an hour he had gone to get the part needed and completed the repairs. Heater back on and family comfortable again. What I really loved was the way he went above and beyond, when he returned with the parts he also had a brand new filter and said. "I picked one of these up for you just so everything is perfect" now that is customer service and that is how you gain a review from someone that doesn't do these very often.
