Chaos. That's what Airborne is: chaos. There are too many kids jumping (especially on the weekends) to be supervised appropriately by staff. There are teenagers (probably the appropriate age to come here) and little, little kids. Airborne feels like a place for rough-housing with the dodgeball "Air X," and foam pits, but with so many people and so many little kids it's just not that safe. Airborne is not super clean or well-maintained. There are corners of the trampolines where the pads come off, exposing the coils underneath. The tables rock and were all sticky when we last visited. Not the most fun for those of us who aren't jumping. It's a great, fun place for teenagers, but I would never bring little kids here. read more

I went to the airborne in Draper today and the guy that rang us up was so rude. I tried communicating that it was our first time there and since I have a lot of kids it might be more worth it to get a membership. I only had Apple pay so I wasn't able to sign up for the membership which is understandable, but he was so irritated and short with me about it. At one point during the conversation i started walking away since he was telling me I needed to have my card. He was also very rude to our friends that came who were trying to get some grippy socks and said "well are you gonna pay for them?" Later on in the day, the same guy came to spray down the slide and I asked if we were in the way and he was so irritated and grumpy with all the little kids but never communicated to them that they needed to move. I wish I would've gotten his name because he ruined this location and experience for us. read more

This jump park is fun and a great place for friends and family. Josh was especially nice and entertaining. The only bad thing is the sock requirement you have to buy "there socks". Other than that a good place to go and have a good time. read more

This is the first time we've been here since before COVID and the renovations. What happened to this place? We got there shortly after opening in the morning. We paid $20 a kid for two hours, and over half the place was closed until the last half hour we were there. When we asked what was going on, they just told us they didn't have the staff to open it or that stuff needed to be fixed to open. The kids started jumping and within seconds were told they were breaking rules- including that they can't run on the trampolines?! The rules are insane and ridiculous. Management better do something quickly about their staff or lower their prices considerably- at least offer discounts if they are unable to open appropriately. We likely will not return, which is disappointing because this used to be our favorite place! read more

Around 6 pm yesterday (March 20, 2018) I went to this for some fun with friends. There were two boys at the front that were harassing customers including asking personal questions such as asking my friend if he was gay in a mocking tone while the girl at the front desk with fake nails just laughed. Totally unprofessional and really disgusting treatment of people. Run by teenagers who have no customer service experience and don't enfore the rules whatsoever. Not impressed. Took my daughter, arrived at the counter to pay, computer crashed twice, kid looked dumbfounded, took 10 minutes to make a simple $12 payment to jump for 1 hour. Then the obstacle course was roped off with no explanation. Facility is in good repair and there was a guy mopping the concrete area by the entrance which was comforting, but the process to get to finally be able to jump is cumbersome and would cause me to not go back. I think it is way too pricey as well. Should be $5/hour to jump. Nice location, concept is nice, but need to work out the kinks with your systems and staff. read more

Bought a couple of Groupons which barely makes this place worth it only to get to the desk and I was FORCED to buy THEIR grippy socks. I even had a pack of brand spanking new socks in the car, still in the package from back-to-school shopping but was told I HAD TO BUY THEIR SOCKS OR LEAVE. Is that even legal? Held my sons' birthday party there yesterday. Had refreshingly wonderful customer service from all the employees. They even refused to let me pay for an extra "birthday kid" shirt when I explained there were two birthday boys, but rather just gave us one. They were attentive, friendly, and helpful. I was originally hesitant because of the price, but it was well worth every dollar. We got a large party room that I didn't have to clean up. Would absolutely recommend!! read more

My kids are always begging to go here with friends to bounce. Huge area for small kids to have fun without getting run over, medium spot (which is huge), and an advanced area that resembles a Ninja Warrior gym. Very little staff supervision throughout the area, but plenty of parents that are in the variety of sitting areas, and the kids bouncing have always been nice and respectful in the 10+ times we have gone. We love the "Two for Tuesday" special, and get 2 hours for the price of one. Lot's of Fun! read more

Is there 0 stars available? This is the worst trampoline park ever! My son broke his foot very seriously at this trash park. After breaking his foot the staff just watched him as he went into shock. No offer of help or even a hand. They just watched! The only thing that anyone did, was ask us to sign another waiver immediately after the incident. Is that what's important at that time? You had a chance to step up and really care but you made the wrong choice and ignored a kid when he needed help. You can't prevent accidents, but when they happen these guys don't care. read more

We love the new renovated space! The new kitty area especially and the new trapeze. The new bathrooms are also wonderful. Lindsay at the front desk helped us two days in a row and was very generous by giving us an extra half hour of jumping tonight. Last Thursday we celebrated our youngest childs 7th birthday. Per his request, the activity we chose was Airborne, probably all of our childrens favorite venue and one we have visited many times, made memories, and have been both able to relax from the day to day stress and let loose with excitement for a fun night out with the family. My wife called to clarify whether we would be able to bring in a cake and ice cream, have a table, sing and celebrate. She was explicitly told that we could bring in cake, ice cream and presents, that there would be a table available and we would not be charged a reservation for the less than 30 minutes that we needed. When we arrived just before 6pm, there was hardly anyone there (I think our family of 7 constituted half of the patrons that evening), so there were plenty of tables with no other tables occupied - plenty of space for us to have our family time without disturbing anyone. We arrived with the expectation that we were told the truth; we would set up, have cake, ice cream and gifts then pack them back in the car so the kids could go jump and play. When we brought everything in, we were told that we would need to have a reservation to be allowed to celebrate a birthday there and, even though there were NO other tables occupied, we would not be able to make a same-day reservation and so would have to remove everything back to the car and celebrate later at home. It wasn't a big deal - this was more about our children who were mildly disappointed at the news but were more interested in just having fun - even the temperamental 7 year old was okay with it. So we paid for everyone to jump for the remaining 90 minutes (fortunately we already had their branded socks from previous visits for four of them) so it "only" cost us $122 (the associate on duty was kind enough to comp us 2 pair of socks). And then the real hassle started: our waivers had expired so we needed to renew. We've always done it in previous years without trouble but not this time... The associate emailed the renewal multiple times but, to this date have never shown up anywhere in my email. The rep even sent it to my alternate email but it hasn't shown up there either (that was 5 days ago). Yes, I have checked all folders and verified there were no other hindrances. So we went through the tedious process of setting up a whole new account, filling out all new waivers and waiting for those to register. We would have had 2 hours if not for that. Fortunately there was hardly anyone else there or we might have been delayed further as there was only one working station to sign in. In all the years that we have been coming here, we have NEVER had such a poor relation although we didn't let it hinder the kids having fun. We are sharply considering whether to ever return - certainly a family can find way to celebrate and have a good time without spending well over $100 and have a reception that makes them feel welcome and valued. But not here apparently. read more

Way overpriced for kids. Not enough for them to do with that hefty of a price tag. Staff is an oblivious bunch of jerk teenagers that don't give a crap. The only thing one cared about was the foam cubes being thrown out of the pit. He even spoke to some Kids very rudely which is unacceptable. My 5 year old son was being picked on toward the end of our visit by a 7 year old. He was trying hard to get away from her and she kept chasing him and throwing balls at his face. Staff was completely clueless. I wanted to talk to her dad but he kept leaving to the other side of the facility. I asked staff why they don't do anything about bullying. He said "what do you mean bullying" in a jerk voice. I will never be returning to this business and do not recommend it read more

My kids LOVE Air Borne! It is a great place to come and just show off the skills they have learned in their Urban Gymnastics classes. They also REALLY love playing dodgeball, absolutely cannot get enough! Wish they were open Sunday's so we could make it in more often. read more

How are these reviews anything less than 5 star? We don't visit Utah as much as we'd like but when we do we visit Airborne. My 4 and 6 yr old have a blast and so do I! Fun things to do for all age groups and even together. Just have fun and you and your kids will love it. read more

My kids enjoyed coming here for a while. But its funny how 1 bad experience ruins all the good ones as it did in my case. My 13 year old son came here with several friends. One of the parents of the other kids drove them there and dropped them off assuming since they had all been there several times they all had current paperwork. After waiting almost 45 minutes to get in, they informed my son that his release paper had just expired and therefore he could not enter. Non of the kids had their cell phones. They left them home because last time one of the kids got his stolen. They wouldn't allow him to use their company phone. He asked if he could use one of their computers to send me an email, I guess this upset them and they told him to leave. So my son sat outside in the cold for almost 2 freaking hours waiting for everybody else. I will never allow my children to go to this place again. The negligence of the staff there has always bothered be, but this took it to a whole new level of absurdness. I wish Yelp would allow stars to go into the negative. read more

I picked this place to throw my daughter's birthday party and it turned out to be a lot of fun for all the kids, BUT there were a few things. First and foremost they make you sign a waiver for a reason, it's dangerous. And you get the sense that once you sign the waiver and pay they could give a shit what happens to you. I saw countless kids crying and we even had a few twisted ankles and a minor eye injury out of only 9 kids (10 including me as a big kid) in a time span of about 90 minutes. Second, if you get hungry your screwed. They have a big sign out front that says "no outside food or drink". The problem with this is there is no inside food either other than insanely overpriced bags of chips. The pizza comes from off-site and even though they advertise pizza on their menu they had none. Third, 1 boy bathroom and 1 girl bathroom means a line of kids holding their crotches so you can bet that somebody is probably going to piss in their pants. read more

My experience at Airborne was okay- not fantastic, not terrible. In case you're unfamiliar with the setup, it has a dodgeball area (didn't try it, since it was packed with kids), a foam pit (tried it once, but there was a long line due to the children), and a section of trampolines attached together by covered metal things. This was one part I didn't like- landing on those barriers hurts! The men's bathroom smelled so bad that we couldn't go near it. Looking for a different way to exercise? I just want to start off with this is for their airobics class. Why spend hours starring at the tv while on the eliptical or treadmill to burn some calories? The class is made for everyone. We had males and females, young and old. It's a totally different way to get a cardio workout and trust me your heart will start pumping. I can't believe how many times, how many different kids I had to tell to properly wait their turn in line. Everyone who works here looks like they haven't smiled in years. And there's a hiring sign outside. Word of advice, raise the price, lose a little clientele and make this place much more of an experience for everyone who attends or works here. I had taken my daughter to a different Airborne that morning and she had used her Altitude grippy socks just fine because she finds them more comfortable. I came to this Draper location with a group of my daughters friends and the lady at the desk would not allow it and when I asked to speak to a manager she rudely stated she was a manager. We decided to buy socks anyway. However, the kids said it wasn't that great because several of the activities were not operating. It was an expensive to begin with. The whole experience was not worth it. read more

I took pictures of two of them and showed them to management but it was still happening the next time we went. Great entertainment for the wee ones. I like that there is an area designated for children 8 years and younger.

I really enjoyed our visit to Airborne. We went with a large group (25) and they made it very easy to check in with group rates. Airborne has all of the goodness of your usual trampoline places: foam pits, dodgeball arena, area for the kiddies, with the added benefit of a really cool (and super hard) ninja course for the big kids and adults. I probably won't forget the image of family members trying to walk a tightrope for a long time. (A small kids ninja course wouldn't be a terrible addition here. My 4 year old started screaming the second he realized he was too short for the big kids ninja course.) I think my only complaint would be that the snack bar could have a bit more food. We worked up a big appetite, and probably could stay even longer with some heartier snacks! read more

Airborne isn't a new idea. Jump on it and hang time have been around for a long time. Nevertheless, I think it is still important that I detail my experience here and let you know the differences of this indoor trampoline park. Airborne is like any other business of its kind - sign a waiver, and go jump on trampolines for an hour. For adults and older kids I believe it was around $10 or so which was completely reasonable. As you walk in the first room, there is a dodgeball arena which is probably my favorite part. I love playing dodgeball with the kids. Next to that there are a few gymnastics trampolines that go into foam pits. Continue on into the next room and you have a room full of trampolines everywhere. Continue on into the last room and there is a little more of a unique setup. Airborne has a huge obstacle course that is an amazing time. Kids under 12 years old probably can't handle it, but for those of age it is a really good time. The facility overall seems to be a little small - especially on a Saturday when you can't even jump anywhere without fear of landing on someone. Take my advice and do not go on a Saturday unless it is the first session of the day. We went around 2 in the afternoon and it was the most miserable experience. If you live up in the Sandy Draper area and want to get your kids tired out real quick, this is the place to do it. read more

I've been taking my two year old here for the past year and Ive been taken back by how many times power hungry teen employees have stopped us to tell us we are doing something "wrong". When we have gone we've gone during slow times or when no one is in sight. The employees are never friendly and are in fact very cold. Not impressed at all. The sock rule is also a joke. We have trampoline grip socks but we're forced to buy THEIRS. The whole establishment is a joke. read more

I'm not sure why the 2 star average. My kids 18, 8 and 5 have been to 5-7 of these places, this is easily the best. More options, cleaner, good value too. We loved the basketball "courts" way more than the lame ones we have been to other places...plus they have 5 super high jump trampolines that were AWESOME. Loved it. We will be back. read more
