He opened the dryer where the burner is and where the fires really start and gently vacuumed the delicate parts. He also inspected the components of the machine. This job was especially difficult since the vent is on the 3rd floor and with a long vent pipe that goes across the townhouse. Fortunately, I recently receive a postcard reminding me that this task should be done again but the name of the company had changed. I was assured that this was the same owner and company I had dealt with previously. Again, I could not have been more pleased.
