Anyway, got myself to the toilet plunger section and selected 2, as the toilet needing service had an odd opening. Asked the salesperson if the funky accordion plunger (the more expensive)could be returned if the tag was not removed or used. He told me that they do not take plungers as returns (honestly does make sense) but that as fancy as the accordion looks, it wasn't the best for a toilet, and the plastic it's made from is cheap. He also showed me a feature of the cheaper, normal looking plunger that I was unaware of, made specifically to help create a seal for toilet plunging. I ended up purchasing the normal plunger and rushed back to put it to use. SUCCESS!!!! Very happy for the salesperson saving me money.

Our handyman installed the parts shortly afterward. Unfortunately, since the installation, the heater has continued to malfunction, and I have already had to call a technician multiple times just to temporarily get it working. As of 5/28/26, the heater stopped working again, and now I have to replace the same parts once more. I returned to Security Plumbing with my receipt, and an employee named Ran provided me with the manufacturer's information for Robertshaw along with their phone number (800-304-6563). When I contacted the company, the representative stated that they were unfamiliar with Security Plumbing and could not assist me. I then went back to the store and spoke with Ran again, who advised me to contact Steve at the store. After several phone calls, I was finally able to speak with Steve, but unfortunately he was very rude and disrespectful during the conversation. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the parts and the level of customer service I received. I expected more professionalism and support, especially after experiencing ongoing issues with recently purchased products.

I told him I had a bunch of items already boxed up in my car that needed to be repacked properly for shipping. Without hesitation, he offered to help bring everything inside and asked if it would be okay for them to repack everything to make sure it was secure and shipping-ready. Since it would have been a lot of work for me to do myself, I gladly accepted. I asked the front desk for his name -- Suhan. Soon after, another team member came out, helped bring all my boxes in, consolidated some of them into larger boxes, packed everything professionally, and got them ready to ship. Since I had arrived close to the end-of-day shipping cutoff, Suhan even told me he could personally drive my packages to the UPS center to make sure they went out that same day. That level of service is rare. As a business owner myself, I pay close attention to customer service, and the service I received here was truly exceptional. These guys are professionals and clearly care about their customers. From now on, anytime I need to ship something, Box City will be my go-to place.
