I then told her to read the sticker it had the same part number and all on it. She was real rude then when I looked at my change she was to give me 13.56 she only gave me 8.56. I told the owners who didn't seem too concerned with her behavior she must be related so on the way out I called her a cunt and told her she looked like a hag. Made me feel a bit better since she didn't even apologize for her statement. This is a small business which I try to give my business too even though the prices are a lot higher than Home Depot or Lowe's or even ace hardware but if this happened at one of those store the lady would have been terminated.

Part worked exactly as a replacement for broken item.
