Someone in the office has to leave a sticky note on her computer in order to get a call back to schedule a surgery. We were also required to pay a certain amount up front in order to schedule the surgery, and after that was reported to our insurance company and they found they had overcharged us by close to $2000 they did not issue us the refund we were due. It was not until 3 months later when I realized we had over payed somewhere and called their office to figure out where the breakdown was that they issued the refund, and placed the blame on me for not getting the refund. Basically, if I had not kept up with our finances and called their office, I was told we would not have received this refund. Dr. Wilson was great but we would not use his practice again purely on the basis of the incompetent office staffing system.

He says "a small piece of metal attached to some mucus." He had thrown away the qtip so I couldn't see it. He starts to leave. I say "the foreign object is under my lower eyelid." He takes a quick look and again swipes my eye with a qtip. He says the same thing he said last time. 30 seconds of fake qtip swipes for $300 and I don't have insurance.

I asked if she could check other Lens Crafters and was told she did and that no one had them. My wife asked if she could be put on a call list so that when some came in she could be notified. She took my wife's information and sent us on our way. We left the Pavilion and went straight to Cumberland Mall to go to the Apple Store. We also went into the Lens Crafters there and they had the Metas my wife was looking for....the same ones that the Pavillion said were out of stock and that no one had them. I will go to Cumberland Mall from now on.

They didn't have the glasses that I wanted, so I chose the next best pair. Reason they didn't have it is because the pair I wanted was in Miami. But, they have really nice eyeglasses and shades here. They also have a sale for buy a pair and get the other for 50% off. I'm sure that you will find glasses or contacts that will fit your every day lifestyle. Brian was really knowledgeable and friendly. He got me in and out really quickly. I will be back in a few days to pick up my glasses.
