On a cold Saturday afternoon, I had a serious (furnace-stopping) problem, and found these guys on Yelp. Their electrician Pete heard the symptoms and told me it was very likely to be outside the house and I should call National Grid first. Since the house had some -- but flickering -- power I thought otherwise. Pete COULD have just come to the house, charged me for the visit, and then, er, sent me back to NGrid. Instead, he gave me his mobile number and said if they didn't resolve the problem I could call him at any hour and he's come deal with it. Since the problem WAS outside the house, NGrid fixed it within a couple hours, and I didn't have to pay for an unnecessary house call. So, I have no direct experience with their abilities, but (a) I know they can do a good diagnoses and (b) they're honest!
