No communication, shifting excuses, and clear attempts to exploit my need for AC in Texas heat. Even if they honored the original price, I wouldn't trust the quality of work. They also didn't walk me through the tune functionality (maps, launch control, etc), they just wanted to leave. My car tuned 291 WHP. I finally got around to having a pro tune my car (you know the one). I am now sitting at 321 WHP. The dead spots in the Houston Z Auto tune were so obvious and annoying. I don't know who tuned my car, but I know it wasn't Dane. I hear Dane is the only guy you want here.

After searching for a cluster repair shop J&B Automotive was listed as One of the Best cluster repair shops in Houston. I gave them a call and was told they could make the repair while I wait., They usually take about an hour. Unbelievable, I was given a time to arrive and did so, I was escorted to the office, while one of the technician pulled my vehicle into the shop to get started, within 30-40 minutes he was finished changing out all the stepper motors even though only two were bad. The service was accurate, fast, and very reasonable. Customer service A+. I would highly recommend this shop for your automotive repairs. They don't waste time.
