This store is ok, however they recommend a mobile mechanic under the name of "Heights Mobile Mechanic". Roland Rodriguez is listed on the card they gave me, 832-997-6073. Beware of using them. They installed the wrong alternator in my car which caused electrical issues that has cost me $600 additional for towing and diagnostics. They have replaced the battery and alternator twice and we still have warning lights. The Infiniti service shop indicated a possible defective alternator. These parts come from O'Reilly's. This mobile mechanic claims to have a warranty but will not respond to my calls, texts, and emails to replace the alternator. O'Reilly's should not be recommending this company and they have lost me as a customer because of it. read more

These guys are always so helpful! I can barely figure out how to open the gas cap on my car, so whenever I have a tail light out or the check engine light comes on, they save the day! They've changed a couple of tail lights for me over the last 5-6 years and also saved me $$$ by having my annoying "check engine light" code read on their computer instead of going to the repair place where they will charge me over $250 just to tell me what's wrong with my car! As a lady that knows zero about cars, it's reassuring to know this place and the employees can help me out when I'm in need of a small auto fix. I went here because my boyfriend's truck needed a new battery- and I have no knowledge of cars at all! Alejandro- the manager- was so incredibly helpful and kind! He helped me find the right battery and was so nice to install it! My boyfriend's truck has a bar preventing the battery to be easily removed and one of the connectors was eroded to the old battery. Alejandro was patient and took his time to remove everything and place the new battery! I really appreciated him going out his way to help me with this! After battling the truck battery- he even helped me locate filters for both my car and the truck! Such a super helpful place! I would recommend anyone come here! I had been having an issue with my cruise control light coming on when I would start my car and I Googled it and found out that it's a common issue that indicates the battery dying. I had just grabbed a few things at Kroger next door around 9:45pm and saw that the "Open" sign was still lit at O'Reilly so I figured I might as well see if they could test my battery so I wouldn't end up stranded somewhere. I saw they closed at 10pm but I popped in and apologized it was close to their closing and asked if they minded quickly doing a battery test for me. Marshall did not seem one bit annoyed and gladly ran the test. While he was doing so, he explained the culprit was likely the battery acid leak that was clearly visible once the battery cap was removed. He confirmed the battery was dying and proceeded to check my battery warranty in hopes it was still covered. After realizing it was expired he brought up several options on the computer for replacements and helped me choose the right one. He installed the battery very enthusiastically and sprayed some protectant on it to help with the acid issue. I didn't expect such quick and authentic service at a auto parts store in a strip center near my house. I highly recommend it -- particularly Marshall, who was extremely nice and helpful despite the late hour! read more

I was lucky to use this auto parts shop when I needed new rotor, caliper and pads for my gfs 67 mustang. The guys here rule! I could not remember what rear end was used for the restoration but had the old parts with me. They dove right in to find the parts and were closing in on the correct parts when I finally got in contact with a friend that had worked on it last and he passed on it was a Lincoln Versailles rear end. The guys at O'reilly immediately pulled the pads and rotor and ordered the caliper for delivery the next morning and it was there the next morning just like they promised. They go way beyond the extra mile to deliver and that is not very common these days. I was able to fix the mustang that next day for under 150$. I will always use this O'reilly for auto parts in the future because the crew here is amazing. read more

Neither the auto enthusiast nor the every man who needs to do some basic maintenance will be happy here. Poorly stocked, cluttered shelves. Out of basic inventory. The electronic parts finder is only updated to 2012 models, only one part catalog in the whole store, so you have to download their app and scan the bar code on a sign code to look up parts. Why would i want to waste my time on an app like that I have to delete later. Wiper blades were over priced, they don't sell blade refills...probably because those are the cheapest smartest way to go. Filter shelves were cluttered, half the boxes were backwards, everything was spread out to make it look like the half full shelf had more than it did. Staffed by pimple faced teens or close to, and one woman who's job is to apparently stand in the back somewhere and holler about passwords. The only up was the convenience of the location. Too bad its in a location where the young and tech savy moving into the area can just as easily find what they want on amazon for cheaper and have it shipped for free in 2 days. I first went into Auto Zone and Advance Auto (it just so happened I passed those Auto Parts Stores first)...to get a headlight bulb and to see if someone could install it for me...Both Stores said they could not help me. The Customer Service Rep at Auto Zone said he didn't know how to put it in (or maybe he was lazy)...Then at Advance Auto the manager said she didn't have anyone there to help me. So, I drove by O'Reilly...which should have been my First Choice! OMG...the staff is awesome and Juan the Night Manager is a God Send!!! He took the time to take out my battery and to disassemble the front passenger headlight so that he could put in a new bulb. Juan even saved me from a "street mechanic" who was trying to SELL me on his services of installing the bulb!! But Juan is a hero and took it upon himself to install the bulb!!
