Moving around every couple of years is a part of being in the military, but it is still stressful to get military orders overseas. To add to the stress, I found out two weeks from our departure date that one of my dogs, an Alaskan Malamute/German Shepard mix, wasn't going to be allowed on the aircraft due to her size. The maximum weight was 150lbs with crate, but with her crate she was 156.5lbs. I didn't know what I was going to do on such short notice. Airpets America came to the rescue. Worst experience I had ever with any kind of services. Especially the guy Brent. Tried to ship our dog to a foreign, and we wasted a week, that Brent can't get the ticket booked. He never understood your questions and a simple question took him two days to fix. An simple example, the flight to China takes 2 days with a stop in Germany. He told us China is in holiday in June 7-9, so he can't book for June 7-9 but June 10. He has no idea that there is time difference and it takes 2 days. It would be June 10 for the pet to arrive if the flight starts on June 8 or earlier. All bad words can't explain the efforts and time we spent on him. I gave 1 star because that is the least I can give. read more

As far as I can tell, Airpets America is a scam that falsely tells the people that they are taking advantage of, that Blue Collar Pet Transport is handling the transport. Blue Collar is IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH THIS SCAM OF A "COMPANY"! Please do not give Airpets America any money, or the breeder that is telling you they set up the trip with them any money! They will keep coming up with different reasons for extra charges (ie a heated or air conditioned crate, insurance, your pet needs to be boarded for 2 weeks due to covid etc,) until you finally get wise and realize that you have been scammed and that there is no puppy sitting in a crate at some rendon airport. They were happy to help with any questions we had along the way, and make sure we followed all the steps to get the proper documentation and vaccinations. They also had the best price out of all of the companies we looked at. Our representative, Kelly, happily answered our calls and questions countless times in a day, and she was even willing to FaceTime with us to make sure our crate was set up correctly. Highly recommended! Jelena, Kelly and Miranda has been super helpful and attentive to all the procedures needed to send my cat from USA to Singapore, and Singapore is extremely strict when it comes to importing pets. I was really worried at first because my cat is probably the most timid and shy cat you'll ever meet, but she arrived safely to Singapore without any problems at all. I visited her at the quarantine center yesterday and she's already feeling comfy, though still very timid. Overall, I'm really glad I went with Airpets, will definitely recommend all my friends/family to them if we ever need pet relocation service again! read more

It was a pleasure working with Airpets America. My cats arrived happy, and safely from the USA to the U.K.! The money spent and effort put into this was worth it. I also used the door to door service and the man who dropped them off was so sweet! Helped me bring my cats inside my flat. The crates (which I purchased from airpets) they flew in were so clean and reliable. They were so helpful with questions and making sure all paperwork was correct so they didn't be put into quarantine. I walked out of there when i saw a travel agent kick a Chihuahua .Dog may have been a bit on the ankle bitey side. But thats no excuse for that kind of behavior. Get your animal away if you see a lady with dark hair and a nose pircing. For a staff that"loves animals" .the owner should be ashamed of having that lady work for her. I would not recommend this company to any loving pet owner.who knows what goes on behind the scenes? If there was no shame in front of a potential paying customer, than whose to say it doesnt happen on the regular.For shame!!! read more

It is not cheap to transport a pet across the country but AirPets was reasonably priced compared to other companies and the service was great! The folks at this company assisted me with moving my Old English Sheepdog from San Francisco to Kaunakakai, Hawaii. It's a lot to do and coordinate.
