He had plenty of water and beer on hand. He shared a lot of new information about the area, which we appreciated. In addition, he was very friendly and professional. Our return trip to the airport was also very good. Our driver, whose name I forgot, was on time at the hotel and was also friendly and professional. We took a large white shuttle to a separate parking area where we were dropped off for a sedan that was clean but not super new. I felt safe and comfortable getting to my destination. Both pesos and USD was accepted. When I asked for additional quotes, Isaac was polite and provided them. He even followed up each day that I had requested the quotes for despite not completing those trips. Overall, recommend them for his communication/customer service!

They were 10 minutes early in both cases which I really appreciated. Also tipping separately for each direction is a must!
