Since that initial appointment, my family has consulted with Dr. Mann, P.A. Litman, and P.A. Longanecker at different times on different matters... from cognitive testing to UTIs to depression and ADHD. All of them are highly qualified, and they all listen... none of them has ever made us feel rushed. I have also experienced a few of the inefficiencies other reviewers mentioned, but they have been exceptions rather than the rule; and, for me, the people-oriented culture of this team far outweighs the minor inconvenience of having to occasionally follow up on some waited-for communication.

I wish my insurance would cover more frequent injections for times like this, but Dr. Zach was really great about discussing other options and communicating with my insurance and myself, so that I don't come in and have to pay out-of-pocket for anything without knowing about it well in advance. The front desk girl, I feel so terrible that I forget her name, but she has always been really wonderful with me, as were Samantha (vitals) & Maria (procedures). I appreciate being listened to, heard, and not treated like someone who's just trying to come in and get prescriptions. All I want is targeted relief, to avoid oral medication, and to remain myself through the process of healing. It seems like they really respect that that is my preference.
