The day of, DJ Airsun was nothing but accommodating, prompt, and willing to be in two places since our wedding had an outside part for the vows and an inside location for the reception. DJ Airsun did an absolutely wonderful job DJing our wedding and was lovely to work with from start to finish - I would absolutely recommend her to anyone! We wanted a dance party, with songs that get everyone up and moving and she definitely delivered. The setup was perfect, even with the ceremony and reception in two different places (one of which was an outdoor park - they tucked the setup behind a tree!), and included really tasteful and fun mood lighting. My husband even told me about a couple last second changes (adding a new song to the processional while we were all lined up ready to go, and wrapping up one of the dances a little early) that she executed perfectly in the moment. Our reception was at the Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley - a historic building and small town that both have a lot of rules about sound levels, and it all went perfectly while still feeling like a high energy dance party. We are so happy to have found DJ Airsun for our wedding. We had a somewhat complicated setup with different outdoor locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception -- one of which being a secluded redwood grove on Mount Tam. All this to say, DJ Airsun navigated these complexities with ease and professionalism. We also loved getting to know them through the process-- we had over 10 vendors for our wedding, and Airsun was a stand-out among them. I particularly loved their approach to our many questions about "what's traditional" or common. They always responded in a way that made us feel free to be ourselves and break the norm. We unfortunately didn't have time to complete the full intake process, but Airsun was accommodating and worked with us on what we could manage. When it came to the big day, they exhibited a keen with-it-ness, a smooth ability to read the room, and a cool responsiveness to last minute requests from the wedding coordinator and bride/groom. Also of note, the dancing portion of the night was high-energy and accessible for all ages. Many guests commented on how fun the music was during and after! I even noticed how Airsun let one of the young kids try their headphones and equipment at one point-- so sweet! Finally, my now-husband was hellbent on getting a fog machine for our first dance, and Airsun was supportive and helpful throughout the process.
