One important detail: my HVAC is a rooftop packaged unit with indoor access only through a master bedroom walk in closet. There are no building stairs to the roof, so the technician must bring a ladder and climb about 11 feet indoors. This unusual setup made it difficult for me to find a company willing to handle the access, but Manny's was able to take care of it without any issues.
