Really great indoor play area for kids! They are easy to find and affordable with the price of $10 per visit that is valid for the full day. They have a VIP pass for $75 that allows 10 visits. My 13 month old loves visiting at least once a week. The facility is very clean with staff cleaning during the day. They have snacks and food you can order as well as drinks for the kiddos. Although they do have a dedicated toddler time for 2 and under, I take my kid to the general hours because she loves being around bigger kids. I love that parents can play with the kids on all surfaces which isn't common at all indoor play areas. We have encountered so many nice parents and well behaved kids there and look forward to going every week. read more

There was dust buildup throughout the entire jungle gym, as if it had never once been vacuumed. We go to open play all the time and my kids always love it. There is a small section for smaller children so they aren't getting in the way of bigger kids. We held my sons birthday party here and all the kids had an amazing time! We have the whole place to ourselves and when I got there to set up my party everything was clean and they had set up all the decorations I dropped off ahead of time. The party hosts took care of everything directing the party-set up,, take down and everything in between. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. We have been coming here since my daughter was a year old. It is always super clean and there are nice seats for the parents to chill at. The food bar is well stocked with snacks, fruit, and drinks. It can be a little scary with a little one as sometimes the big kids can be a little rough. Just try to stay on the mats area or go during toddler time. My daughter loves this place. It's a great way to get energy out, especially during Michigan winters. I haven't had a party here yet, but I see there are two little party rooms on the side. The bathroom are always clean and they have changing areas. HEADS UP FOR PARENTS OF YOUNG CHILDREN WHO YOU MIGHT THROW PARTIES FOR: DO NOT and I mean DO NOT plan any type of party @ Mandee's Funtastic in Woodhaven. My daughter was planning my grandson's birthday party there and unfortunately had to cancel it due to 90% of the guest list having COVID. So far, my grandkids are not sick but they have been around all but one of the people that have it so they could be contaminated. With all that being said my daughter felt it unwise to hold a party this weekend, plus it would be pretty crushing for my grandson had he went there and nobody showed up because they are sick or quarantined. My daughter put down $100 deposit which she knew she would not get back, but Mandee is demanding she pay the remaining 150.00. My daughter said "NO" I'm not going to pay the remaining balance for something that I cannot control. The contract does read if the party is canceled within a week from the date she "may" be billed for the remaining balance. In legal terms the word "May" means "possibly" which also means at the discretion of the business owner. Mandee is choosing to charge my daughter the remaining balance instead of having some compassion for the situation. The person I dealt with tried telling me they still have to pay their employees for the party, and I tried explaining to her, no you don't. I work for a company that if something came up and the employees are not needed for work, we do not have to pay them. She then tells me, well our employees take time off their regular jobs to do the parties. I stated that it was not my daughter's problem that they make those choices. She stated they are a small family business that is doing their best and I stated back yes, I know that, that is why we have chosen to visit you on a few occasion to help out a local small business. But guess what I know of many indoor parks that are just a little bit of a longer drive that I will now visit instead. The drive will be worth it to give my money to a business that might care more about their customers than this business does. Now on to the second part of this saga. Because my daughter is unwilling to pay the remaining balance, they refuse to give my daughter her decorations and goody bags back that my daughter dropped off to them last Friday (side note, while dropping them off we stayed and let the kids play and have food which cost 60.00). Another side note, these bags and decorations cost over 150.00. I can't believe they are being this petty over something beyond our control that is actually heartbreaking for us to do. We would have gladly rescheduled it but they are 100% booked all the way through February and March. When a call was made to them yesterday by my son, he asked do you want these sick people to come to your place of business and they stated, that is the benefit of a private party. My question to them is, the party might be private but there is a 11 party, how are you going to disinfect all whole play area? So to end my soap opera, I could go on and on about their rudeness and uncaring manner that they directed at my daughter, son and myself, but I think you all have the outline of why you should NOT plan a party there if there is any chance you might have to cancel. read more

Feel free to book your son's 1st birthday party over 3 months in advance, make 6 confirmation calls along the way just to be sure, allow them to assure your party is booked and then wait for them to call you only a few days before the party to inform you that they've booked over your party with no resolution. They go above and beyond to make sure the event was smooth, easy, fun, and safe for all in attendance! My sister hosted my niece's birthday party here a few weeks ago. Overall the facility is great and the kids loved it, but we were definitely disappointed. We were told we could arrive 30 minutes early to setup for the party, but when we got there they would not let us in. My sisters stood outside in the heat with arms full of party supplies. We just felt an overall negative attitude from the staff and even management who would vary between polite and snippy. We felt rushed and pressured to leave the entire time we were there. They kept giving us updates on how much time we had left in the facility. When our hour and a half was over, they literally turned the lights off and it was hard for us to see to even gather things together, but apparently they thought of that as our party supplies and my niece's gifts were already lined up at the door. While we were hugging, saying our goodbyes and the kids were putting their shoes on, we noticed two other women standing outside with arms full of party supplies and realized they were being forced to stand the same way we were. That's when the manager interrupted our goodbyes to announce to us AGAIN that our time in the facility was up and we needed to leave so the next party could come in. We honestly were not lingering and my sister didn't even have a chance to say goodbye to all the guests before we were basically shoved out the door. The vibe we got while we were there was that our party was a task that needed to be completed so they could go on to the next one--not something personal or meaningful at all. If this business wants to improve they need to allow more time between party bookings. I'm sure they want to book as many parties as possible, but when it comes at the expense of the customer experience it really is a shame. I would definitely recommend thinking about this in relation to your plans for your event before you book here. read more

We tried out this center today - it was cold and I needed something different to do. We went around 11am and it was pretty packed. The girls at the counter were nice and friendly, but I thought it was odd that there was no stamp or log system and that children and parent couples weren't checked out and in (like at Jungle Java, Chuck-E-Cheese, etc.). I get that this is a smaller facility, but I definitely think some kind of "Hey, this is me walking out with my kid, this is me walking out with my kid" system need to be in place. The facility itself was clean and there was a ton of stuff to do...but it was overrun with preschoolers. The number one issue I had was not with the facility or with the staff, but with the PARENTS - a large amount who were just chatting away on the couches while their children pushed other children over and physically assaulted other kids. Thankfully, my son is 18 months old and pretty timid, so the preschoolers didn't come and rough-house with him, but they did attempt to push him over many, many times. No big deal, I know kids can be a little aggressive...but I watched one preschooler slap another in the face as hard as he could and the only parent that got up to see what was going on was the parent of the poor kid with the handprint across his face. It's $8 to get in for the entire day and you can leave and come back, which is a pretty good deal if you're going to be there awhile or if you want to pack back up your kids to come back later. The snacks weren't any more expensive than any other play place I've seen. I do wish there would have been a locker option though - I hated setting my bag on a random table and having to constantly make sure it was safe so that I was able to actually play with my son. They do have toddler times, so if we go again, we'll make sure to go between those hours (9-11am, certain days of the week). I'll probably wait until he's 2 to come back, if we do. Shelling out $8 so that my 18 month old could climb on a few pieces of foam and slide down a few slides for an hour and a half wasn't worth it, to me. read more

Very cute place with lots of fun foam things to climb over (and under and around). We were hoping for a slide that was down lower for the little kids. I started bringing my 2 year old daughter here after our local Gymboree closed. It is a good substitute as long as the "big kids" are in school. Otherwise it's too chaotic and my daughter practically gets run over. They do have a designated Toddler Time but its on a weekday morning when I work. This is a fun little play center and especially nice on rainy or cold days. The prices and snacks are reasonable although you are encouraged to open a tab. Most of not all parents seems to pay attention to their kids so the rough housing is minimal and play is friendly. They provide hand sanitizers and seem to encourage keeping sick kids out so hopefully that stays consistent. read more

I had a nice time today. My son was one of the smallest there, and he's 18 months old. Definitely more a place for kids older than 2, but we didn't have any issues. All the other bigger kids played around him, and I was surprised how polite everyone was. I even fit in the playscape, but I'm out of shape lol If you bring a little one,prepare to hover a bit (but that's pretty much anywhere you go when they're little?) And don't forget to bring water, they WILL play hard lol there were no lockers, but I didn't feel worried about my stuff. First time I visited was today. This place was really hard to spot. It doesn't have great signs or lighting. However, once I walked in it was great. The place is super clean, employees are very nice and helpful. I booked a party right away and can't wait for that. My kids had so much fun. My 2 yr old daughter always gets trampled and left behind by the big kids. She had a blast and didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was safe for her and soft and her size!! She played so hard she broke a sweat. Also their snack bar was really good. I got the kids nuggets and mac & cheese. It was just the right amount and priced extremely well. For $6 my 2 & 4 year old ate and were satisfied. The menu was perfect for kids and actually tasted good. Plus I got a panini and loved it. Yum! I look forward to taking the kids back this winter. my kids enjoy this place and for 8 dollars for the "whole day" its not that bad of a deal, but the food is overpriced and terrible, the grill cheese sandwich my son got was horrable, the cheese wasnt even melted and there other "paninis" was the same as the grilled cheese, for example the pizza panini was two pieces of bread with a spit of sauce and peperpoi made just like a grill cheese sandwich and it cost $4 dollars!!!! and tasted terrible! the menu doesnt even tell u the prices, they make u open a tap and u figure that the prices arent bad but when u leave ur bill is over 30 dollars. the place is small read more
