I visited Serena Salon and Spa after seeing someone recommend it on Instagram for their brows! On my first visit I got a Full Face Threading, Underarm Waxing and Back Waxing since the pandemic had me cooped up inside for so long. I enjoyed my experience and felt very safe with all the COVID precautions they took. My eyebrows are in a growing process so my lady cleaned them up perfectly and shaped them without removing too much hair and making it thin. I've returned since then twice and enjoyed all three of my experiences. I believe I've had Salima and Samina during my visits and they were both great! The only reason they don't get a 5 out of 5 is because it is a little bit more expensive compared to other places that provide the same services (ex: $9 for Eyebrow Threading only), but you get what you pay for and it's fine for me since my threading frequency has decreased in 2020. I will definitely be continuing to visit them! read more

I had my eyebrows and a full face wax done here recently, and it was amazing! I usually loathe getting my eyebrows done because the ladies can be so incredibly rude and pushy. Fortunately, the service here was excellent. Salma took care of me and she was patient, very sweet, and did an amazing job. I have been growing my eyebrows out for a long time (a few months) in hopes they'd look this good! The salon is clean and even though there was a wait, they let me know what to expect. Been going to this salon for years and one of the best salons I've been too. Also really welcoming and accommodating to your needs. All staff members are really nice. They keep the business really clean and maintained. Ever since covid they take it by appointments they also take walk ins but they tell you wait in the car for your turn and will call you to come inside. They make sure they clean up and sanitize all tools and equipment for the next customer. Definitely recommend this place because they do everything they possibly can to make sure you have a great service. read more

This place is horrible. Too bad I don't have the option to give it 0 stars. I got my mum a gift card from this place for Mother's Day back in May of 2016. I meant for it to be for manicure and pedicure, because that's the only service she uses at this place. When I asked the lady who sold me the gift voucher, she told me that my mum will be able to use it for manicure and pedicure. A week later, when my mum called to make an appointment, they told her that the lady who does it is out at the time. That was back in May. A few weeks later when she called to get an appointment, they told my mum that they do not do manicure/pedicure any longer. I just went in today, more than two months later, to see if I can get a leave-in conditioner for my mum and they told me that the voucher can only be used for services. The voucher also expires on August 8, 2016. The thing is that they are still false advertising. There is a huge sign outside that says "Nail Spa". I took a picture of it as I was driving away today. The gift voucher they have me also has pictures suggesting they offer the manicure/pedicure service. read more

This place did a good job on my eyebrows. I think it's cool that they have hair and nail salon at the same place. I usually get my eyebrows, sides, upper lips and chin threaded at aisha's salon but when i got it done here it came out to be $3 more than aisha's. They charge $8 on sides which i think is too expensive. I think aishas charges $4. read more
