I'm a peeing? No, you're-a-peeing. At the you're-a-peeing wax center in Rosenberg, no less. I so wanted to give them a good review but they're very expensive, and for that I expect high-end service. So opening late, keeping doors locked until 15 mins after opening, treating the customers badly, and so on, is not a good way to go about that. So I showed up to my 10:00 am appointment 5 minutes early and noticed the door was still locked. I checked on google to make sure that the location was open. I am fully aware that a lot of locations have changed their hours during to corona virus, but there was no sign on the door indicating so. So I knocked lightly the first time, nothing. I knocked a little harde . Still nothing. I looked through the glass and noticed someone was actually sitting there DUCKING BEHIND THE COUNTER so she couldn't be seen. How unprofessional is that?? I knocked again louder and even called their phone. She continued to ignore me and didn't even look up. After trying so hard to get her attention while she was hiding behind her desk, she finally looked up and told me with her hands that they weren't open until 10. So I went back to my car to sit and wait for the remaining 3 minutes. I came into my appointment, got my Brazilian, and went home only to discover that my waxer left a whole bunch of hair left. So called the location back and spoke to someone named J. Explained to her what happened and wanted to come in so they could get the bunch of hair that was left behind. She could only schedule me an appointment 5 days away and could not service me today. I'm usually pretty patient when it comes to the service and retail industry but today was completely ridiculous and extremely unprofessiona . Will not be coming back here. read more

Worst experience ever!!!!!! I paid 1000 for a wax pass but according to the front desk it wasn't to their location so it doesn't apply to them. My second time in a row trying to make an appointment and I go to use the bathroom and they change/cancel my appointment due to time, which is still mine according to my grace period. Originally I left an amazing review for the Wax Specialist Erin only to find out she is no longer with this location. Terrible decision. When I returned and took a chance to still get my eyebrows waxed it was terrible. My wax specialist was not pleasant and I would rather find somewhere else to go.I would recommend the same as the room was unclean, I felt as if I was bothering the staff and it was an overall unpleasant experience. It's a shame because I live close to the area and I'd hate to go find another one but too bad. Off of this experience I'd definitely urge anyone considering this location to look elsewhere. read more
