I hadn't had my eyebrows done in about 9 months so they were looking really rough and she took the time to bring them back to normal. It wasn't just a "one rip and your done." She first trimmed and measured and filled in then waxed a little bit then measure and did the whole thing over again. She really takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are perfection. What I also love is that she explains the whole process (in addition to teaching me how to fill in my brows) to you and it really shows off her expertise. On top of her eyebrow magic skills, she is a truly wonderful person. She makes you feel comfortable right off the bat and is great with conversation. I've been getting my eyebrows done at cheap threading places or at nail salons for soooooo long. My sister has been going to Juliet for a while now and I was really skeptical about spending more than 5 dollars on getting eyebrows done. Out of convenience, I got my eyebrows waxed by the same lady who was doing my nails a couple months ago and unfortunately, she waxed my eyebrows completely unevenly. I tried tweezing to reshape my eyebrows to no avail. After seeing the change in my sisters brows overtime, I decided to "splurge" and tag along on my sister's appointment with Juliet. Not only was Juliet accommodating and welcoming, her process is informative and her preciseness is unbelievable. She even has these little ruler- type tools that show how perfect and accurate your shape is. If you're trying to reshape your eyebrows, she even shows you how to properly fill in them in until they grow in the way you want them. I obviously can't say enough good stuff so blahblahblah...
