He called beforehand asking if they had the very specific parts he needed. They said they did and we drove over a half an hour to get there. Turns out they had the slide hammer but didn't have the attachment for the axel, the CV AXEL PULL which made the entire thing useless and showed their lack of knowledge. We got there around 3:30 and they were closing at four. They seemed to just be rushing us out and didn't want to check the back for the parts. Basically they had zero knowledge and were clearly just trying to finish off their shift. We found Pep Boys near by to be incredibly helpful and will make sure to steer away from this company.

All I needed to finish the job was the amount that would come in a typical spray can that you might buy at a hardware store. After contacting eight Chrysler dealerships part's dept looking for the paint color I needed in a spray can, I was out of luck as none of them had it in stock. To make matters worse, it's a holiday weekend and I have to get this project done ASAP. A local Auto Zone referred me to Napa Auto Parts in South Plainfield, NJ and shared that they can make up the color in a spray can right there at the store. I called, spoke to "Dan" and he came through like a Boss! Not only is the color a perfect match, the quality of the spray is fantastic. The price was very reasonable!
