Long story short, we replaced our rentals tire here and went about our day. But we wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Daniel and Hayden who helped us out that day. From the minute we called them , they were friendly and polite. Upon arrival they were so friendly and helpful to us. Engines now possess more computing power than the Space Shuttle and basic components are less accessible than the wreckage of the Titanic. This place gets BUSY. When I brought my car in their garages were full and lot was nearly full. Still, after hearing my situation, Joseph fit me in as early as 9:30AM and finished inspecting (FOR FREE) and repairing my car by 2PM the same day. He was consistent with communication and explained everything that was an issue with my car and what needed to be fixed; and not at a single point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. The price was also much fairer, and substantially cheaper (over $150 cheaper) than Pep Boys for better parts (metallic tubing rather than rubber) and better service. This is the type of honesty and integrity auto repair businesses should strive for, because this is how you get regular clients and a growing business.
